  1. I moved to Hungary this past October and since smart phones are so expensive here I decided to purchase an iphone in the lock poker store. I made this purchase October 11th and one month later my order said that it was "under review". I sent a few emails that got some standard "We'll get back to you ASAP" responses, but they never did. By December I was sending an email every few days with no real information in return.

    I got this email December 23rd:

    We apologize for the delay. Your iPhone will ship within the next 7 days.

    Thanks for your patience. I will send tracking as soon as I have it.

    So I waited for a few weeks and went back into emailing mode but since that email about a month ago I don't even get the nice standard replies (granted my emails aren't the nicest to them anymore; nothing crazy just peppering the email with the word "liar" and making them aware that I'm upset.)

    Overall it's been over 3 months since I've placed the order. Just hoping I can either get some help from those who have better contacts than me or if anyone has any advise other than emailing them consistently I would appreciate it.

  2. Woosewoo, I had a similar complaint with the IPad promo. They eventually credited me with the cash equivilent. If you signed up through P5s, I would contact NickC011 via PM. If you did not sign up via P5s, I would PM Rizen on here and 2+2 with your issue so it can get resolved faster. It doesn't seem Lock is equipped to sell things outside the US from their promos or stores properly and use stall tactics to make you believe that they will be delivering things. After my issue with the Lock promo I stopped playing on Lock and shortly after Black Friday stopped playing on Merge all together. GL getting this resolved.
  3. Thanks wacky, yeah I stopped playing there as well...foolish on their part to do this and lose players. I appreciate the tips. Hopefully see ya at an EPT sometime this year.
