I transfer $ to lock casino and requested a Western Union payout. It shows that it has been processed, how do I go about collecting the money? Lock pokers support is below par from my exp. No live chat support, Toll-Free number no one answers or calls back customers. Can someone please help? Thanks

I'm the official Lock Poker Rep on P5s, if you want to send me a PM with your username/e-mail I can follow up with support and make sure someone gets back to you. you can also e-mail them again (support@lockpoker.com) and CC me (rizen@lockpoker.com) and I can make sure it gets followed up on that way.

WU is no longer an option, the paper checks by courier on the casino side process every Monday and take 3-5 days to arrive, so depending on when you request it the total time is about 1-2 weeks. And yes they're good :)

Here is my case. I have four deposits successed by debit card with Lock Poker but the first withdraw request from May 24 still pending. I got one email from security team that my account had verified and my withdraw will processes within 3-10 business day from May 25 but now...still pending. Everyone has any idea? I am very appreciate.

I requested my check on June 1st and sent my verification documents in on June 3rd and I still haven't received any word on my check. A week or 2 ago they told me that my check would be processed soon, but I have emailed them every other day for the last week or 2 and have not heard anything back. I have copied Rizen on the last few emails and sent him a PM yesterday, so hopefully he can help me out.
I deposited on Lock because I really wanted to play, but I kepy my deposit really small because I expcected that it would be a would pain in the ass to get money offline. Lock is really soft and I ran good, so now I want to take money off and it has been frustrating not even hearing back from support about the status of my check. I totally understand it taking a while to get a check in this legal enviroment, but I never thought that the support would be this awful. I will update whenever I hear something back from support. -

Finally my withdraw had been done. They use gift card to pay out. Slow but ok. Good luck
