I've sent over 25 emails in the span of 3 weeks to lock support, yet to get even one response.
I wouldn't call that 'support.'
If you are on the fence about lock/revolution, let this sway you: do not give these incompetent fools your money
Please share your lock horror stories here, I know I'm not the only one
Would love to hear a lock pro come in and try to defend the site too, that would be entertaining -
Im getting like a 5-1 email to response rate atm, although that one response did completely misunderstand the issue I needed help with. Their whole network right now is a huge fail.
Im sort of hoping they're just deluged with problems due to the switchover and that things will calm down/get better, but that's probably pretty naive of me. -
It's unfortunate that revolution is a huge fail considering the enormous opportunity for a legitimate site to make huge headway in a market that is desperately wanting it. Unfortunately, any site with that kind of integrity is also smart enough to know that messing with the DOJ is playing with fire. Just simply sucks all around but more reason for people to be actively involved in urging legalization.

Yes. their support is the nut low.
Funnygut -- try PM'ing Rizen and Imjustshane on 2p2. Also tweet or PM their pros and see if one of them can/will help you. From my limited experience, if a pro didn't sign you (and hence isnt getting their affiliate rakeback), they won't do much. But it's worth a shot. -
talked w/both about two weeks ago and 0 word since after repeated emails, thanks for the suggestion tho, i understand it isn't the these guys' fault that support sucks but if i was affiliated with Lock as a professional I'd think this was pretty unacceptable

Good luck, took me 5 weeks and 13 emails, and that's without anything getting bounced.

I emailed them last week about adding rakeback to my account. Its been 7 days and I just got the response that rakeback will be added in a few days. I read something how they hired a bunch of people but because of the sensitive nature of player accounts they were still being really careful, but this is retarded.

Same here wrote 5 email during last 3-4 days no reply! It's unbeliveble that they are so irresponsible. I think after reading all yours emails guys i will quit playing there ever again.
-
I started my account just before the change over. Have yet to receive rake-back for first time deposit or responce to several E-Mails inquiring about it. Given them plenty of time. Done with this site. Looking for recommendations for other sites.

3 times started a Western Union withdrawal, which their support says is a valid option. 3 times "your withdrawal will be processed shortly", then it's not processed with no explanation. I'm in Costa Rica now and it's been impossible to get a penny since I've been here. Muthafuckinassholes.

I signed up through one of their pros and he has helped me some. I haven't had the issues several of y'all have had. My verification took about a week and only 1 email. I am personally more worried about the stability of the site, the lag, and when they will get a true Mac client. But all of y'all having these issues makes me worry. I hope it gets worked out so we can have more poker series and stuff I thought they had planned.

I cashed out via Lock in less than 24 hours via Moneybookers in Lithuania. You might want to try this. I put a few bucks on when I was visiting family in America and cashed out when I got back to Lithuania since there is little reason to play there from here when there are much better options.

i have had same experience as other posters. sent in verification docs weeks ago and received an email back saying it takes up to 72 hours. as of today, I am still not verified and my cash out is pending. they finally responded to my emails saying "they are backed up". im very nervous that I sent these guys my cc and license image and am starting to think im an idiot for doing so. poker is a hobby and accounts for .00000001% of my income. its not the money, Im worried about my accounts and identity at this point. if they get desperate, who is to say they wouldn't sell all our info??

As far as I know, there are some threads on 2+2 in the Lock forum concerning possible theft of debit cards/credit cards info by Lock employees. Or something like that. It's hard to keep up with all the threads, so I dont want to say that these reports are fully substantiated, but they are concerning. I think the best advice is to use a prepaid card that you use exclusively for poker and monitor your statements, etc. I dont want to raise the alarm, but it's something folks should probably be aware of.
