Lock wont give me my rakeback, am i wrong here???

    I signed up to Lock on 5/31 and recieved the email i will paste below stating that I am enrolled in rakeback and will get a bonus too....so I make my deposit (some delay due to processing issues) and am attempting to get my rakeback and bonus applied after making a casino side deposit....their support keeps arguing with me and tells me repeatedly that I cant have rakeback after 5/31 and their new system is "much better"

    I'm losing my patience, have sent an email to Rizen(no response yet) and assume he is a busy guy, prob a wsop too.

    So, what gives? am I nuts? does their support need some educating??

    I'm sorry but we can not add Rakeback to your account. The Network had removed this ability on May 31st. Our VIP Program is a much better option since you can earn much more than 35%. Our Top Tier pays out 45%.

    heres the latest from lock...somehow my rpm rakeback makes lock rakeback impossible??? nothing about that when i signed up or deposited my cash. I call bs

    Im having the same problem they told me if I didnt play on Carbon for 60 days. Im almost at the 60 day mark so I emailed them and now they say im now longer able to get rakeback.

    This is standard and a policy that has been around for a while.

    standard policy=only one merge acct with rakeback?

    I honestly never heard of that, but if its so i guess im back at rpm.....just liked lock for better cashouts, i have a cashout jammed up on rpm for 3 weeks, still 3 more to go i guess

    Unfortunately players are only allowed to have one rakeback account on most networks -- it worked that way on Cereus, Cake, Merge, etc.

    At this point, no-one on the Merge network can add rakeback to accounts -- if you've got rakeback on a merge skin, that's going to be your RB home on the network going forward.

    Thanks, Eric/Rizen got back to me and handled this all very professionally. I wasnt aware of this until now.

    I was willing to change my rb skin, but you needed to be inactive for like 60 days on the old skin to make this happen.

    Thanks to Eric for trying, I may still play at lock without the rb.

    just get off that network. the money on there is basically play money, nobody can cashout.

    Merge is a huge scam.

    This simply is not accurate. I cashed out a check from Lock in May (using a US address in my account) and had no problems. It was a bit slow - took about 3 weeks to receive the check. But it worked.

    I'm not going to defend these guys in terms of the quality of the site or anything like that, but they do pay out.

    You have posted the same untrue thing in a few threads. I am also not going to defend their customer support, but please stop spreading false rumors about people not being able to cashout. There are many recent success stories of cashouts being processed very fast if going through the casino side.
