    Except that they paid out the prizepools and for tournaments that had just started registering (such as DHR), they paid out the overlay (which was 11k in the DHR). So definitely not this.

    I thought it was kinda BS that I was in a $5 tourney and had damn near my starting stack and was in a hand w QQ on the turn. Board was disconnected and no flush draw to really concern myself with....bout 2/3rds my chips in and bam tourney suspended.

    I was in the High Roller and received 128.67. Not even my money back on this. I emailed Carbon and received the response of this is a Network policy, so because the tournaments overlay wasnt covered why would I have to cover this? They did not give me the $215 plus the 128

    Why wouldnt they just give us a full refund, that is what I don't understand it was in the first 20 minutes or so of the game.

    That's not their refund policy, did you check your ledger? They've always refunded the buy-in, then split the remaining prize pools based off stack/seat.

    Refund policy I believe is the same on stars and Merge. Other reasons are valid not to play on Merge if you are outside the US, but server issues happen on Stars as well and are handled in similar fashion.

    Everyone I back received the 215 back plus a chip chop of around 150ish. Double check your ledger and post a screens shot if you still don't see it.
