Bodog no issues cashing out even after black Friday

I have yet to hear of any successful merge cashouts since Black Friday. . . . Chat support tells me to "rest assured". but Im not resting. I cashed out on thursday and they say 2-3 weeks, ugh.

Yes, from Lock into UMW (UseMyWallet). The longest portion of the process is verification, which took over two weeks for me. My cash out was processed about a week after that and deposited into my UMW account. Am currently waiting on the funds from UMW, but it has been processed and only one business day.

I have cashed out twice to UMW on the players only skin and it worked just fine, took 2 days for players only to proccess -
I have yet to get my withdraw from the 15th of last month. Lock still has yet to get back with me as well. Support suck, lock sucks, but there isn't many options. I personally not going to grind till things get straightened out.

Maybe something to do with the lock skin, players only has always been prompt (way faster than ftp ever was) and has live support available whenever

David posted yesterday that Players Only has a completely different cashout system from the rest of Merge (which is shared among all the other skins). That could be the difference.

You should be able to do it cost-free using usemywallet. I was playing on Sportsbook/Players Only. They provided me an invite to umw and now I can easily transfer money between the sites (Cake and I think Bodog too). David offered in the 15k freeroll thread to help players set up a umw account, so if you dont hear from support, you may be able to PM him directly.

I sent this email at about 12:30A last night and received a reply within an hour:
Hello, I am writing to you because I am curious as to why I have been waiting so long (11 business days) for an approval, denial, request for verification...anything! I understand you have increased traffic now due to Black Friday but it would seem that an adequate amount of time has been given to you to respond in some way. As I am sure you have heard by now, if any of your players pay any attention to the forums out there, there is great concern building over the snail's like pace of getting money off of your site and the support (or lack there of) in general. I would think this would be deemed a great opportunity for Merge Gaming as a whole and you would be going out of your way to please customers and increase confidence in online poker-therefore increasing traffic...that is desirable no?
I am going to preemptively submit my verification info in an attempt to speed up this process. I hope that will be sufficient to get the so-called ball rolling. That way I can finally post on my forums that I was able to successfully get some money for my efforts. You should have my information by tomorrow afternoon (MST).
I hope to hear from you soon with efforts to resolve this matter.

First, our apologies for the frustration caused. We understand the annoyance you feel and trust me, we do not take it lightly. We are trying our best to cope with the recent growth and influx of requests. But are putting the appropriate steps in place to ensure we stick to our mantra of providing a superior player experience.
I had spoken to Security who had confirmed that your Verification Docs are required. This is necessary for all players that have funded their account via Credit Card. Below are the docs we require:
1) Verification Form (Download from your Player Admin, https://lockpoker.playeradmin.com/photo_id_verification.html)
2) PhotoID
3) Scans of the back and front of your credit card
4) Bill for Address Verification (E.g. Utility Bill, Phone Bill, Credit Card/Bank Statement)
Once your account is verified, I will request that our Cashier Manager expedite your payout. We have refunded the Check fee taken from your account and hope this will start mending your view of Lock.
Please let us know if you have any questions at all.

I can't say for sure but I suppose if you do you could always make a min-deposit, play a little, then cash out the free loot.

Make sure you complete the Identification Verification process ASAP as some people are reporting that process can take up to two weeks. You don't even need to have deposited yet to complete that process. GL. -
I'm curious if anyone has been asked to authenticate their account to make a deposit on carbon ? After sending them an e-mail asking what I had to do its 7 hrs later and I'm yet to receive a response. As a result I put money on cake and that has to be the most awful software I've ever played. Also I was approved to get rakeback thru p5s so that is probably the reason for this.

They finally got back to me in an email. Lock gives one free check per month (which is pretty fucking awesome) and then $15 per additional check.
Compare this to the other Merge skin (Carbon) where there is a tiered system and the check fee is dependent on your VIP status (anywhere from $20.00/check to free). Another advantage Lock has over Carbon is Rizen is the poker room manager.
However Carbon currently has something over Lock. Carbon will give you an instant 10% bonus on a UseMyWallet or Western Union deposit (up to $30.00 max bonus). I noticed that Lock does not have this offer. -
Both merge and bodog only accept visa and i don't have one...can i deposit with a visa gift card??
