Has anyone received a Lock check that was processed on or after 3/27? Have all recent withdrawal's been clearing?
Due to several mistakes on Lock's end, they delayed my first check cashout until that point (plus canceled 2 of my bankwire withdrawals due to the under-delivery of their processor). I'm nearly over drawn on my bank accounts and getting really frustrated. -
Hoping someone can help me as I'm having some real issues with Lock. I processed a withdrawal over a month ago, and was promised via lock almost 3 weeks ago that I would have $$ by end of the week or beginning of the following. When I still did not have the money, I emailed support, and they said they'd look into and get back to me. Since then, I've heard nothing, and my countless emails have been ignored.
Based on some suggestions, I emailed Rizen who in turn sent follow ups to support on my behalf, but they've ignored those too. Now since Monday, even Rizen, who was very helpful at first, is not even getting back to me, nor is anyone else.
I deposited and played in good faith, and now not only do they have my money, but are ignoring me as well. I had a handful of friends ready to join too and heard positive things from locals at the casino about the site, but this is a horrible experience.
Any suggestions? Will I get paid? Will anyone ever respond?

UPDATE: Rizen just copied me on an email to support asking for an update which was appreciated. Just hoping they don't ignore it like they've been doing regularly regarding my inquiry. -
Very calm...just frustrated. I'm new to this as this is the first time I've played online since everything went down, so didn't know it was very common. Thank you for your reply.
With that said, a couple points:
1) From what I'm aware of, when you run a business, it is very important to provide your customers with a good experience and solid customer service. Guess I'm just not used to being ignored when supporting a service someone provides, and
2) If they would have told me it was going to take 2 months, that's one thing, however, they told me to expect payment at a certain time specifically stating "at the latest", and then I didn't get it. When following up, I was ignored for weeks now.
Just odd to me....I"m sure you'd agree it's not the best way to run a business. -
Obv its not ideal but if you want to play than u just deal with it

I don't play very often but I'm a fan of Hero. When I deposited via WU it only took about 5 minutes for the loot to hit my account.
I have made about 5 withdrawals from Hero and they have all cleared just fine. It takes about 5 weeks to get your $$$ but I'm honestly just really stoked to have a site that I can still play on.
The future of online poker looks really bleak for Alaskans with the current proposals that are being tossed around. Intrastate gaming would mean certain death for us (not enough people here) so I'm just enjoying the ride a lil bit longer while I still can. -
Can a U.S. player still sign up, deposit and play on Lock poker ? and successfully withdraw?

I'm going through the same thing..the transfer happened around the same time..(3 wks ago) I think this is just a bank transfer issue..I've had a number of successful/on time payouts..and ya'll need to get off his sack..when your funds disappear from your cashier and it's reading "processed" status..you're unable to montor your money for a month after being quoted a 48 hr turnaround..and they ignore your emails..you're gonna worry, and if you don't you don't care enough about your money..yea, sure, the money will eventually get here..but I got bills to pay and groceries to buy.. bad business no matter how you chop it.."but we're americans, we have to let them analize us"..good point guys...SMH

My screenname on Lock Poker is micpanhael for any who would like to look up my stats for verification.
I was fairly new to Lock, played a few times then began playing more often. In the last week of January 2012, I made two cashouts on Lock, one for 2500 (the max allowed) and then one for 1470. I received the first cashout almost instantly. I think I got it 3 days after I cashed out. It was processed very quickly, within a hour, and delivered via fedex three days later....The second cashout, however, is a different story.
It is now April 15th, 2012,and I cashed out on Jan 25, 2012 and after dozens of emails inquring after to what is going on, a month and a half ago I finally received a coherent response from Jennifer Larson, listed as jennifer@brandtheory.com via lock Poker, with her listed as the CEO on the email and Emily Hope saying that I the check was sent long ago but was apparently lost. They asked for my address to be again verified, seemed to genuinely apologize and said the check is cancelled and a new one was reissued. Well, that was now over a month ago, and still nothing. So I've come to the conclusion that essentially as a new player, they'll give you your inital cashout to keep you playing, after that well...It's been four months. I highly doubt I'm getting it. Do not play on this site. I am beyond pissed. If anyone has any advice on reports I can file or good forums to post this to, please let me know.

Try posting there. You will find people that are in the same position you are. I miss online poker just like everyone else but I don't really want to deposit on a site that has so many problems. -
Is there a way to deposit on Bodog without having to photocopy my ID and send it to them, because I refuse to do that.

Checks are taking about 15 business days to arrive from process date. They were flying last month, but due to issues with their bankwires, it seems that they've gotten a bit bogged down with check requests. -
if u don't mind me asking, what was the amount of the check you just deposited? i'm wondering if the processing times can in any way be affected by the amount of the check with smaller amounts going out faster than larger amounts?

I am trying to cashout from Bovada. I live in a cabin in the middle of nowhere that doesn't get delivery of mail and such. I tried talking to CS but they said because I deposited with a CC, that they can't pay out using WU. I asked if I could deposit a little using WU, she said that because I won using money from the CC that I couldn't cash out that way.

She then said that WU is usually only offered to people who have been with them for a long time. I have been with Bodog from the beginning I told her, she then just said "sorry can't do it". What should I do? Keep calling and asking? I really need this cashout bad, sucks.
A reply from a rep would be nice. I only get internet when I am in town, so I will reply when I can.

So you live in a cabin in the middle of nowhere and you only get internet when "in town", yet you are relying on a cash out from an internet poker site that you somehow play on?

rpm poker is shady they have had my deposit for over 5 days an keep giving me the run around about sending them pics of my statement to prove i sent it an now it posted an there telling me its gonna take another 3days b.c the cashier iis gone for the weekend.... how legits is this. MERGE is bullshit.
Its so hard to deal with places like this b.c really there is nothing we can do to them.
