I have used it but it has beena while. I usually got my money withing 48 hrs. However, you have to deposit in that manner to withdraw via rapid transfer. If you used debit card it will be via check.

No i tried to do this the other week and they wouldnt do it bc you still have funds in from your previous deposit method. You would have to cashout and then deposit.

even though they have suggested depositing it via ATM for years, it is such a strange suggestion imo. its not like depositing it through an atm means that no human will touch the check, look at it, question it if it looks suspicious, and deal with it accordingly. i have always deposited these with a teller. only once have I been asked what it was for, and I said it was for some internet business i was involved with. that was it.

i have never cashed a bovada check at a bank i just sucked up the rediculous fees at a check cashing place. I have one coming that i cashed out on 4-18 so I am hoping that I will get my money befor e I leave for Vacay

Contact customer service. Mine wouldn't work either but I contacted Customer Service and a couple hours later, it worked.

just fyi, there was a note with my check that specifically stated that the check cannot be cashed and that it could only be deposited.

First it was 15 business days..
Than it was 20 business days...
Now its 25 business days....
Will it be 30 business days next week?
As a manager of a small business, If i were to tell any customers this, they would simply not do business with me anymore.
Another thing, you can at least tell me the truth instead of blaming it on your " 3rd party processor" by saying they haven't given you a tracking number..
It takes 1 day to get a tracking number at the time sent, so its been almost 6 weeks now and i haven't received that.
Can you imagine a business that starts blaming their financial problems on someone else? Thats like me saying " Sorry customers, I told my receptionist to pay the electric bill and we didn't so we have no power to do anything"
You bear this liability by hiring a company, so blaming it as a separate entity is not right. If they take this long, simple, get a new one.
People have been very patient with you, forums are exploding with 2-3 month cash outs on your site. I hope your company can get its stuff together and do business properly -
I have been unable to deposit to any Merge site with my Netspend card since the software upgrade. I emailed support who gave me instructions to clear cookies and download quicktime....all to no avail. When I replyed to them saying their steps didn't work they sent me their standard/canned "it could be a lot of reasons" why your card didn't go through email. No help in site.
So what other card are working now since the upgrade? -
your a new poster, not sure if your new to online poker, but just about everything in your post is super standard if YOU CHOOSE to play online in the US. It sucks but nothing unusual here.

I've done a number of cash outs through Bovada and though I've heard of them taking quite some time, I've never had any problems and have gotten checks within 3-4 weeks of cashing out. However, my 2nd latest cash out (done on April 28/29ish) has proceeded to take a lot longer than usual considering I still haven't got it yet. The other weird thing is after calling Bovada support at the beginning of each week for the last 3 weeks, I've heard the same thing from them, which is "cash outs are going slower than usual but it will be sent out this week..."
I was just curious if anyone has been having a problem getting money out of there in the last couple months. Would be interested in hearing if anyone is having the same problem, or if anyone has had no problems as of recently.

I just got and deposited my check from a 4/14 bovada request. i deposited it w/ the teller and not a single question was asked. i'm fine with it taking 2 months as long as ii eventually get it!

Obviously 4/12 - 6/6 was annoying, but 8 business days to get a tracking number from 5/31 is an all time low for me. Hopefully a sign of good things to come. -

Thanks for the responses guys. It looks like everyone's checks are taking awhile. A bit concerned about why it suddenly started to take twice as long but I guess we'll have to wait and see what the deal is and hope it goes back to normal!
