From:Archie CDate:Sep. 20 at 06:36PM EDT Subject:Your Withdrawal
Message:Dear Johnson,
I am writing to inform you that we are currently experiencing a small backlog in bank wires, which is likely to cause an unwelcome delay for your recent withdrawal reaching your bank account.
The good news is that we have alternative, faster and free options. We recommend that you cancel your wire withdrawal and request payment by check. Although we state a timeframe of up to four weeks for checks by courier on our website, they are currently reaching players in less than two weeks.
We can do better too. Email us at kickoff@sportsbook.com with your customer ID and we can expedite your new check withdrawal request even faster.
If you’re interesting in receiving a check, please visit the My Account section of the website make sure your mailing address is up to date.
Please feel free to contact our customer service if you have any questions. We understand that bank wires are your preferred option and once we’re back up to speed, we’ll let you know.
Regards,
Archie C.

and FWIW i have always used bankwire and tho it was slow it worked. I have only used cashout by check once and it bounced, which they then recredited my account and made me re withdrawl via bankwire. I have never once recieved this sort of email after MANY cashoffs(sick brag). The word backlog being used is NOT GOOD whatsoever. Didnt AP, UB, FT say the same thing? sigh -
Received a check from them last month and the whole process only took about ten days. It was drawn against a Canadian bank but cleared without a problem. I would consider the check to be an OK option.
