I have made two deposits on merge in last week one on FeltStars one on lock.. Both of them Charged me more then what i deposited.. FeltStars charged me $1.19 extra and lock charged me $1.16.. I was charged a fee by my bank and i showed them where that was separate. The Transactions were processed on my card.. I sent them the information right off my statement to show them that they were charging extra.. If anyone who reads this made a credit card deposit on Merge check your statements.. I would love to hear if anyone else has noticed them robbing us. THIS IS WHAT I GOT BACK
Thank you for contacting us.
Please be informed that the amount we charge from your Credit Card is the amount you enter in the cashier, there is no way for us to charge more than that without previous authorization from the Credit Card holder. Keep in mind that your bank charges fees for any transaction you make and we do not cover these or have a possible way avoid this to happen.
Done with these sites Robbing me!!! Please Legalize Poker!

i really cant believe u are still putting money onto these sites in the united states. dude go grind live, i heard there is a great card club in columbus. u will never see any money when and if u cashout. just wait for the bill to go thru, it might take a while but its better than throwing your money away on these generic low traffic sites.

Yes There is a great card Club right near my house.. I have played there.. I do like playing sometimes online at home.. I do agree that odds are good will never see winnings.

the people here would disagree: http://www.pocketfives.com/f10017/me...shouts-636806/

Lol people are getting paid. If you dont want to play online thats on you but dont bad mouth the sites that we as US players can still grind. They are doing there best to pay everyone. -
didnt realize ppl were getting paid, havent checked in a few weeks, last i heard everyone on here was still awaiting on there money. my fault

I can't speak for FeltStars but I'm the official rep here for lock. If you can PM me your username/e-mail address I will make sure it's looked into and someone gets back to you ASAP. Obviously without knowing your specific situation I can't comment, but I do know that lock never charges for more than authorized, so I'm sure there is a logical explanation for this.

I grind players only. Customer support has been more than amazing. I submitted a cashout for 1,500. They told me it would take 4-6 weeks, fml. got it in just over 2. boooom. Is grinding Merge skins risky? of course. Just grind, make your money and get it off or dont play.

thank you for answering me.. I had my credit card company look into this for me.. and they just got back to me.. they have a new charge for international purchaces.. I am very impressed with your reponse thanks..

I have had good customer service from Eric at lock, I can vouch for bodog cashouts being EXCELLENT right now. My first cashout took 11 or 12 days(total including weekends) My second cashout was requested last Sunday and is tracking by courier to arrive tomorrow. I havent seen a check that fast since last year with stars......kind of nice!
Give merge the benifit of the doubt, they are dealing with some serious growing pains here... -
Don't know about cash games, I guess they could be really soft on some sites, but for mtt players these little sites aren't worth bothering with.

um, not great volume but they are definitley more than worth bothering with......I rarely play cash, mostly mtt and have actually done better than on ftp/stars.

edit: fwiw my charges have alwAys been like $0.50 less than I requested
I have cashed out multiple times successfully, but don't keep more $ than I can stand to lose if shit hits the fan. Just make sure you go through the verification proccess right away as it slows down cashouts alot -
well in my case i need to just stick with the mtt's they have plenty of gtd tourneys on merge and i have been paid with money in pocket myself .......3x now
