The Carbon Poker skin moves slow a lot of times when everything else on my computer runs fast. I have enough ram and a dsl internet connection should work just fine. Is there a problem on my end or does anyone else have this problem.

can you deposit on carbon as a us player if you had an account before they stopped allowing us players and have never deposited before?

Where did my $30 go? I was just gonna give the site a test drive before depositing big and I'm a little confused at this point.

This is all still unresolved over 60 days later.

My $30 is gone. Not once have I played the site. It said the money was deposited to ID: Zenmotor, but my ID and login for Carbon is FatbackBob.

Can someone please track down my $30 so I can feel like I didn't get robbed?

I have the confirmation emails for this deposit and I can forward them to whoever works in support.

I completed my promo about two weeks ago, and emailed support to say I finished, and included the color I wanted. Nothing has happened since. I was just wondering about how long it will be before I get an email back, or before it gets shipped out, or until I get it. Any info would be great, thanks.

Looking at the Identity Document Verification it states I must fill out the Verifiication form for each credit card I've used to deposit and send a pic of a valid driver's license. I received my initial bankroll on Lock from a player to player transfer and have not deposited with a credit card. Does this mean all I have to do to verify my account is send a legible picture of my drivers license and Im good to cash out?

Lock has been 100% great to me, i completed the ipad promo and got my money in my account in 2days..then i did my ID with them and the confirmed it in 1 days, now im just waiting for a cashout and ill keep everyone posted how long that takes.. requested this past friday i think..so almost 1week,,note:rizen said they go out on monday, so im hopeing it goes out this moday

Same thing for me, I never made a deposit onto Lock(just got a p2p transfer). I left the credit card part of form blank, but filled out/sent in everything else they needed and was approved in less then 48hrs. GL

Emailed support about refunding my 25 dollar check fee and have no reply. It has been five days. Have you all outsourced the support or is it just overwhelmed? Support used to be so quick and efficient.

These are truly hard times for poker online.

This site robbed me of $30 (which was just a feeler deposit to check out the site). No word from support. My money is certainly gone though. 60 days later and nothing.

Then I tinkered with another site and all kinds of screwy stuff went on. Pots I legitimately won were chopped. Mindboggling nonsense.

I miss the good old days. I'm done. Brick and mortar casinos are within driving distance from me and that's where I'll stay.

I'm done with this crap.

What does this even mean? Provide more details before complaining a site ripped you off. This is a serious charge and you present no facts. This sounds like total bs in the manner that you laid out your accusation. 60 days because of extreme delays but
if you have not heard back I would not assume you were robbed. I would assume it is an issue that has not been solved.

I emailed them through the link on my "Player Admin" page about refunding the check fee, and they responded like in an hour and gave it to me. Try emailing through there maybe?

I haven't been able to log into Lock in over 12 hours. It stopped working last night when I was in some tournaments. I have tried restarting my computer, uninstalling/reinstalling lock, and running an anti-spyware program. I emailed support, but they were not helpful. When I try to log in it just says "connecting to server" for about 5-10 minutes before it gives up. My internet is working fine. What should I do?

So it has now been a month since I completd my promo and all I have is a congratulatory email.

FWIW my 7/28 request is now listed as 'processed'. Dont know what that means in practical terms, but hoping I get it tomorrow or Wed. As far as Rizen, Ive seen him at some super turbo tables this weekend, but not sure where he is vis a vis this thread. I noticed he hasn't been active here since P5s discontinued agreements with US-facing sites, though that could just be coincidence.

I've completed the ipad 2 promo almost 40 days ago. When i've completed i got an e-mail, that Emily will contact me, than nobody did. I've asked what to do. I've write to Emily and she said on 2011.jul.30.:
"Hello there,

You will get your iPad as over 500 people have. The European orders are just really backed up based on apple fulfillment. They have had a huge shortage and our promotion was much larger than anticipated."

AFter that i have some doubt. I tried to ask about my ipad, but i didn't get any answer neither from support neither from Emily.

What should i do?
