No sarcasm in my post sir. No one in this community should respect this coward scumbag who is cheating me out of equity on Merge.

I will do my best man, thank you. I was lacking confidence, having reached several final tables live and on the web, but never won the big prize. Now I know I can win any tourney. Provided that my girl doesn't get upset because I don't take care of her...Spanish girls ;-)
I live in Barcelona and yes, I don't speak perfect English.
What do you guys call "merge" ? Sorry I haven't heard of it here in Spain.
And for those who call me fish, donk, whatever, it is useless, I am bullet proof :-))) -

you've have stated as many times as humanely possible that you dont think theres anything going on here....and that we should just move on....and that theres not even a need to continue discussing this...
we get your stance; you've made that overwhelmingly clear.
so lets elaborate here, if the tickets are all accounted for, then what would make these tickets become much less valuable to feltstars? they are obviously willing to take less than face value on these tickets to liquidate them, why is that? what would cause something like a bunch of tickets to become worth less than their face value to the people at feltstars/merge whatever?
me, me, me. conventional theory suggests the value of the tickets drops significantly right before and after commencement of the event. like the old addage goes, use em or lose em. did i understand the question? -

i agree for the most part, but tbh I would rather give someone the chance to come clean and give us the facts and share what they know......give them a chance to redeem themselves and help the community....
i honestly think they shouldnt be playing since they ADMIT to breaking the ToS....if I broke the TOS i guarantee there would be severe and immediate consequences.
we need to keep pressing the issue and stay on these guys. do not let them get away with this shit, i'm tired of people fleecing the poker community for a quick buck......the number of people, even here on P5s, who are willing to look the other way as long as their checks are clearing is sickening. extremely shortsighted and selfish.... -
lol OK....

this is like bernie madoff coming to his "investors"(victims) and showing them the yearly numbers/returns etc on their investments....
your an extremely intelligent guy mr. eskimo, i know this from playing you....
are you really failing to see the implications of such an arrangement???
why are the tickets worth so much less than their face value to these people??
ill quote myself:

If anything it would be Feltstars breaking the TOS and not the players. I have no issues with what the players that have this deal accepting it and playing under it.
I would have issue with the skins themselves if they are buying the tickets at a discount and the player funds weren't compensated so all player funds are held in a separate account. If player funds aren't short in separately held accounts, I don't have an issue here either, although would prefer more transparency by the skins themselves. This is assuming people operating the skins have no inside information or the ability to create superuser type accounts that could lead to UB/AP type of scandals. The TOS should be either amended or made clearer that this type of activity is allowed by their skins. I still have mixed feelings whether this should be allowed or not, but I suppose it isn't much different than propped players on other sites and my main issue is the TOS not being amended to explain this type of activity is accepted. -
Edited By: ktx49 Mar 3rd, 2012 at 09:08 PMi dont think ur getting it, and my example is just highlighting a basic principle, it would be stupid of anyone in merge to say anything other than what was said...Originally Posted by supra1988t
lol @ comparing this to madoff. This is why noone takes you seriously.
If the affiliate pays for the tickets, idgaf what they do with them, light them on fire for all I care. Not a hard concept.
again ill repeat myself, IF the tickets are all paid for and accounted for, then we need to be looking at this from another angle....seriously these people including swish are not in the business of burning money....the only way they can avoid this with the arrangement swish claims, is if the tickets are WORTH significantly LESS than their face value to these guys.....and then you need to ask what would cause LEGITIMATE tickets to become less valuable to them....u still dont see what im saying? -
How do they have so many tickets worth less than face value? Why would they have that many tickets to start with? Why do you need 6 people playing to use all the tickets? What will happen when they use all the tickets, will those people stop playing? How many tickets could they possibly have left?

I don't understand this or at least it doesn't add up -- "Really, who would affiliates contact if they started to contact people to play to generate rake:
