More problems on UB

    So for the past 5 days I have tried clicking on the UB Icon and get this message "We could not establish connection to the server. Please contact our staff by sending an email to support@ub.com" I have emailed them and received return to sender messages back for this email for some of the emails and not for others. I have gotten no response which isnt a big deal. I would just like to be able to log on ... is there an .eu site where I can update the software and try and log on and figure some of this out?
