  1. Bovada has been charging me twice for Declined deposits.It seemed to me sometimes when I deposited I would be getting charged two times but wasn't really sure until today. I checked my credit card statement online prior to putting money on bovada last week then deposited more than I had left on cc so it would get declined.Well,after it got declined I checked back and two pending transaction that posted today and I got charged on my cc. So i called bovada and the lady said it got accepted until I read off that it got declined and showed proof. What do you know she said yep it got declined then said that wasn't a descriptor that they use. So I went on my poker account and read off a transaction from prior month that was same descrptor as this one that was accepted. Her answer was nothing we can do.... Bovada is stealing money so check you cc and bank accounts

    I'm not sure you read the OP based on the response you gave. He did call customer support and got the run around. He is warning others (rightfully so) to watch out for the same. I am not sure why you would suggest like you do in all your posts for him to call customer support in this case when he already did that and it was a fail. Your last paragraph lead me to believe was all that should have been posted unless you already had an answer to his issue or were going to acknowledge that this was an overall problem or a one off case. The cut & paste responses are semi-tilting to me, however, not sure about to others.

  4. are they full charges are partial charges. I know that I was charged for the deposit amount + fee when depositing, and then my bank would come back and charge more on top because it was a foreign transaction. But in total, it ended up being approximately 1.07 x deposit amount. Not 2x deposit amount.

    We do understand that majcsj did not have the issue resolved by calling Customer Service, but we often urge players to call into CS because, with 24/7 support, that is ultimately the quickest way to resolve an issue.

    This is a difficult situation to diagnose without reviewing the details of the account, and we would really like to help get this resolved. We take pride in ensuring the security of our Players' information and would never put through transactions not authorized by the account holder.

  7. First of all, from current experience, you guys NEVER contact back. NEVER. Even for payouts, unless I call, you guys never message the control code...but that was at Bodog. At bovada, you guys just steal money. I've called TWICE to resolve a serious issue regarding the poker tables and TWICE I was told I'd be contacted back. And guess what? I NEVER received a call back. And honestly, I didn't expect too. Your site is straight up funny business and seriously scamming people out of their money.

    We're sorry to hear that you never received the call backs you were offered, and we assure you that we do not steal money from our players. If you have pending issues that were never resolved, or money that is owed to you, we'd be happy to have someone look into this for you.

I contacted Customer Service with the two charges (date / charge name / amount) copied and pasted from my online statement. They responded saying that they would need to see a copy of my bank statement by scan or fax.

    I'm just surprised they can't just look into their system, and quickly realize, hey we charged that guy twice. They draw the process out to their benefit--that's for sure.

After a few phone calls I was told the same thing so I scanned my bank statement,sent it to bovada, and still waiting for a response,been a week, I called and they told me their financal department is looking into it.. Something shady is going on there just wonder how many people this might have happened to that don't know
