My account has not been verified after over a week...

    Hi.

    I opened a P5s rakeback account (cccnt) and signed up to betfair on the 19th of November. I followed all the instructions correctly when doing so. I then made my initial deposit on the 1st of December and have played since then but the "My Accounts" section still shows "Verifying" and $0.00 is shown for the amount of rakeback due.

    I have paid close to $300 in rake not including Omaha and STTs/MTTs and I am concerned about receiving the rakeback I have accrued whilst not verified.

    I don't think it is normal not to be verified after this amount of time so I hope this can be sorted quickly.

    Hi -- in general our support dept. is the best place to contact someone for this sort of information.

    I went ahead and looked into things quickly, and betfair is a little bit behind on stats, which is why you aren't showing up as verified yet.

    The good news is that they pay you directly each month, so you don't need to worry about not being paid. If you send an email to support (rakeback@pocketfives.com) and let them know your username and all that good stuff, they can contact you as soon as the stats get fixed to let you know you're verified.
