Ok pre BF had a FT account which I made deposits on a debit card that in hindsight didnt end up being processed to the tune of around $750, not an issue like most players I kept the $750 aside should they come for it.

I got the email just before BF saying were sorry there was a mix up in trying to debit the account ( Obv lies just they were unable to do so due to it being ilegal now ) and we would like the amount back, tbh not a issue, since then FT was closed for well ripping off its player base (ie not paying them monies and being shut down, not being able to collect my $750 plus millions of others no doubt added to there problems/shortfall )
So obv my account was put on hold pending payment of said $$$ not a issue as I had been sensible and kept the $$$ locked away SHOULD they ask for it, BF hits and no full tilt no more, anyways pokerstars has rode the rescue and bought out FT great stuff site can go back online but I spent the saved $750 as it been what a year n half with no news on FT and Im being honest Im not going to keep a hold of it forever in the chance it does come back.
SO Should I create a new account new card and address, should I argue the point that them taking deposits in the first place was against the law and thus rendered there own T&C's void?
p.s i know you can only have one FT account per person and all that BS I dont need educating on that

Stars buys tilt, my account block due to - balance, which turned out to be ileagal in the first place and id like to some how get back onto FT without paying back the $750 -
Im assuming that you ended up losing the $750 then? Or did you still have some sort of balance when BF hit? If you made a deposit for $750 and played real money games on the site, then you technically were (are) responsible for that money, because someone or some people won that money and have that sitting in THEIR account balances and are expecting to be paid, by which Poker stars put up the money to make that happen. So ethically you are responsible for paying these funds back as this was PART of the reason why players balances was X and avaible funds were Y and there was a huge difference in the two. If you expect to play again on Full tilt or poker stars if they become regulated in the United States, you should expect to make good on past Promises (ie funds deposit), IMO. Now if i misunderstood this OP then i apologize, but if im understanding it correctly then you should be on the hook for those funds and poker stars SHOULD hold you to this, as we need this kind of regulation in the poker community. Didnt mean to come off harsh, and direct the frustration towards you, but just my opinion. Luckily i never deposited much on either site and dont have anything really tied up on those sites like alot of friends do. Regardless, good luck in the future as i dont want this whole post to come off negative :)

It was never illegal for FTP to process gaming transactions in the UK. You know its wrong to have multiple accounts, but I won't give you that speech. I doubt though that PS would look kindly about this considering you have been caught having multiple accounts there in the past.

So u basically stole $750 from FTP, and now you're posting here to get support for your cheating ways? You will not get it here, thief.
Then u know u shouldnt do this (see quote right below)to get away from your $750 debt....p.s i know you can only have one FT account per person and all that BS I dont need educating on that

yeh i knew that I would have to pay it back obv, hence why I kept the money in limbo for a good six months, my question is at what point should it be considered unlawful I mean if the ownership and running of FT was likened or IS a ponzi scheme then sure I cant be seen to be funding such a scheme lol.
Bottom line is i wanna play i gotta pay i guess lol.
FWIW we all know there are multiple ways to cheat the system that are undetectable lol.
Anyway I have fired of a email to stars and they have emailed back saying they will be looking into the situation for me.
On another note do you think stars/tilt would a player with a -balance back and pay rake on there site or rather multiple players in my position jack them for owed moneys and they get nothing short term but secure rake long term, guess it depends on how big the biggest un chased debt would be as letting of the little guy(me) would set a president for much larger debts. -

At which point did I steal funds from Tilt, funds were left in the account well before BF and a good 6 months to a year AFTER if thats stealing then yes im guilty, at what point does a debt in law become unenforcable once a business goes under/stops offering a service?
Im not saying I dont owe the money or dont intend to make good BUT if there was a way I could wiggle off the hook for it I WOULD and would have no shame doing so, surely its up to stars/tilt to make sure funds are taken from accounts in a timely manner said funds were in a account for 1.5 years if u take into pre BF and BF timescales -
Locking this thread since we can't allow a discussion on how to steal & break the TOS of a pokersite.
