  1. When I checked my rakeback account the other day it was showing that I was slightly in the negatives and today it is pushing back towards zero. How can i owe them money? Is there something i am missing or this a clerical error?
  2. gets deducted if u spend points
  3. You don't actually owe money, just to make sure it's clear....nothing will ever get taken away from your account or anything like that. There are a number of things that get deducted from your rake before rakeback gets calculated. On Full Tilt, for instance, the following are deducted:

    1) Fees for deposits and withdrawals

    2) Tournament overlays/freerolls

    3) Bonuses cleared

    4) FTP Points spent ($5 per 1,000 points spent)

On Ultimate Bet and Absolute Poker, 10% is deducted from your MGR for all deposits, and bonus dollars are also deducted from MGR.

Keep in mind that for all of this stuff, you're only having your % (27% on FTP, 30% on UB/AP) of these charges deducted from your earnings.

Hopefully this will clear things up!

Thanks Adam, figured it must have been connected to my bonus somehow.

Hi Ozzie - unfortunately it's hard to really elaborate because this information is generally kept secret by Full Tilt and changes too frequently for us to really keep track. We're under the impression that withdrawing via paper check costs about $15-20 against your MGR, whereas cashing out or depositing via e-checks/e-wallets tends to cost around 3-10% of the amount of deposit/withdrawal. I wish we had more info, but there's really just no way to put together a detailed, comprehensive list of the costs.
