There is not currently a freeroll set up. We're working on trying to promote the $170 No Deposit Bonus for the meantime.

Don't think I will bother...need to fax in copy of passport or drivers license for free $25. Not that I don't trust the site but the less places that have that sort of stuff the better.
-
By the way, here's the link to sign up for the $170 no deposit bonus on Poker770:

1. I got money on my acc in 5 minutes and it was easy to install - if u can read in english and have no problem in install windows typical application u will not have any problem and I wasnt ask to send any documents or id
2. I do some calculation and clearing all bonus out doesn't seems hard especially that there is info u got 90 days for 6000 points and if u got it u got addiotional 90 days for another 6000 points
3. Site looks nice, I only notice that it slows down in some points
So like I said for me it's DOUBLE THUMB UP and think it is the best promotion for new players that I hear about. -
Most if not all sites require proof of identity and residency either when signing up or cashing out.
-
Usually that is required for the first withdrawal, however to get free money restrictions for specific "high risk" countries may be asked for (e.g. Eastern Europe). I am not 100% sure for Australia though, will have to check on that.

Can you please send me your PSR? -
I sent a pm in regaurds as well. Its been 4 days and nothing processed for the free 25 yet. Filled out the link and filled the account info out as well.
-
I am aware that is standard practice and I have always done it previously. However I now work for a bank and frequently liaise with the fraud department who strongly advise against providing this documentation to any third party. It only takes one shady employee and you're entering a world of pain.
-
Since most online poker sites have to follow these rules for cashouts to maintain their licenses, you are basically tell people not to play online. As someone that works for a bank's fraud department, you should understand that the sites themselves have to do this for money laundering regulations as well as it is just good security measures to do anyway.

PM's sent out to the members that sent me the PSR for investigation, should be good to go but you need to claim it by email to support by including the PSR number.
Have a nice Sunday all and best of luck on the felt if you are playing.

Quick responses and helpful. Email sent and funds there quick. +1 Cheers and thank you.

Signed up 5 days ago, not received my bonus of $25 or the other $70 for generating 6000 points (was surprisingly easy)

Few positives about the site however, got a bonus of $30 for providing documentation and a casino bonus!

There is another problem that when I ran up my casino bonus it only appears in my cashier balance if I sit my whole bankroll at a poker table. However, when I leave that table that I have sat at it just reverts to whatever I had on that table and the only what to see my current cashier balance (poker + casino) is to open up another casino game...is this just because I can't withdraw what I've generated off my bonus or what...I'm not really sure. Help would be great thanks!

I will have someone from support look into your account. Regarding the casino bonus, it's not shown in your poker balance yet because there is a play through requirement before you can use it for everything. If I remember correctly it was 8 times the bonus amount.

Christian / Poker770 -
All sorted initial bonus and 6000 point bonus both received.
Seems like a good site and support seems to get back to you really prompt and efficiently!
Now to get the last $75 bonus. -
Glad everything has been taken care of in a timely fashion and best of luck at the tables + earning the remaining $75 bonus.
Best regards,

can you please send an email to support@<a href="http://www.pocketfi...ker770</a>.com with the title "Pocket Fives $170 Promotion" and include your PSR in the main text as well that you want to claim the Pocket Fives bonus? They should be processing the request within 24 hours, often it was even faster, all players have to manually claim the bonus though as I can only check with them if you are eligible or not.
