Do you have any rakeback programs and what reward programs do you use?
What type of volume is on your network?
Does your network run any mixed cash games? -

Plz?
and also: more friendly software/tables, and change the size of the table to fit with other site's standards like FT and PS. So lots of people can increase their volume on bwin!!!

Oh yes. Those things too!

How is it possible that you own the Ongame network yet still manage to be the worst skin on there by far starting with your "support"
I have millions of questions but will read the betfair thread first to keep Mournval happy
In the meantime i encourage everyone not to sign up with bwin but choose betfair instead
Reason: BWIN...omg where to start -
Hi all,
Thank you for your questions. I had to send some emails over regarding software improvements, and I assume an answer will come in the next days. I will keep you posted.
Regarding the VIP program, we do offer an overall reward program for our players, where every hand played in Poker will add up to your bwin Market Points (100 market points per dollar rake). You can exchange Market points with various products. Please follow this link for more info: https://binside.bwin.com/binside.aspx?view=redeem
Until then don't forget about the special offer we prepared for pocketfives players: 100% up to $500 and $5.50 ticket for any bwin tournament.
Kind regards,
bwin team -
Looks like the best cash bonus in the marketplace is $500 for 200,000 "market" points which would come to 25% rakeback. Also looks like the deposit bonus clears at a rate of 10 "player" points for every $1 with a player point being 5 player points for every $1 in rake. If that is true and you earn market points at the same time as player points you get 75% rake back on your first $500. Please confirm I have the facts straight.
Also do you earn any player or market points for sports or casino betting? -
Hi,
At bwin poker you can up to 40.000 players in the same time playing at our tables.
As well, here are some answers regarding our software:
Does bwin poker run any mixed cash games? Not yet.
Synchronized breaks, does bwin have any plans to add them soon? Yes
Will bwin poker add a timebank soon? Is also in the pipeline, but unfortunately no official timeline is available.
When is bwin moving to party poker software? Any potential changes regarding our software will be communicated well in advance. At the moment we are running business as usual.
Regarding the rewards system, the player points from the bonus clearance do not add up to the market points. They sum up independently (the market points sum up as soon as you register in the b'inside program).
You can earn market points from sports betting, casino and games as well. You can see here how the market points are distributed per product> https://binside.bwin.com/binside.aspx?view=collect

Don't forget that you can get a Free $5 Tourney Ticket and $500 bonus on bwin. This offer is only available for P5ers.
-
Random.Chu,
Thanks for your ideas. I went ahead and e-mailed this thread to the bwin guys so they can come in and respond to you! -
Do you have to deposit to earn market points? I won a freeroll and converted some other free rookie challenge tickets in to cash, but it appears I still have to deposit to be eligible for the rewards program.
-
Waitlist for cash tables might be something to consider. Or if you have them where are they?
-
Hi Ozz151,
b'inside membership requires a real deposit using one of our various payment options.
Unfortunately waiting lists are currently unavailable. We are working hard to include them in a future release. In the mean time, use Quickseat (found when clicking the bwin logo in the left corner) or the lobby filters to find the tables you are looking for with availability.

I want to make the tables on bwin the same size as on pokerstars, FTP, partypoker, etc. But atm, this is not possible. Please change that.
And also the usual stuff like sync.breaks and a timebank. -
+1 on the syncd breaks , timebank and table sizing
Having said that my biggest issue with bwin is the hand replayer its slow to load and just all round not very user friendly and i get a sript error with it everytime.
Mixed games would be welcome but after 3 or 4 years of asking ive gave up on that one .
Getting the feeds for PLB points working would be great too.
If you plan to continue the LD $10k leaderboard each month , is there any chance of just making all MTTS on the site at that buy in level count instead of just the 4 each day, the way it is just now it seems like traffic is dying towards the end of the month in them so that would fix that and also be beneficial to people who want to participate but would like to play non nlhe variants.
Any plans to run a promo along the lines of the poker race trophy/magic moments of poker or are bwin not as interested in the televised side just now? -
HI Marky_Crash,
Thank you for your questions.
Regarding the 10K leaderboard promotion: first of all thank you for the feedback which is always welcome and it will be taken into consideration. July will of course run as planned as we can’t change it at this time, and probably also August. But we will look into how the Lucky Dollar leaderboard is working in general after June/July, and if it is not performing well, this might very well be an option.
Regarding televised promotions: we are currently working on several projects. We will of course keep everybody up to date and share information once all details are confirmed.
Thank you

Hello,
I am new here and I need your help.
I have 1650 euro in my bwin account so I requested a 1500 euro withdrawal (Moneybookers) on thursday. On friday they closed my account. I sent them an email and they said it is because of safety checks and they will contact me soon. Now it is monday and I didn't hear anything. Today I saw they deposited the money back (1500 euro) so I requested a new withdrawal.
I really like BWIN to play, that's why I left 150 euro in my account to play.
But 1500 euro is a lot of money for me so I want it asap.
Thanks for your help,
Nick -
Hi Nick,
Do you have an update from the Customer Service team? Can you write me a private message about that?
thank you,
bwin team -
We are actually really close to getting a feed finalized for Ongame. I'll let you know when we have one that's functional.
Don't forget that anyone who signs up for bwin through PocketFives and makes a deposit gets TWO FREE MONTHS OF POCKETFIVES TRAINING, a $100 value. There's no minimum deposit required and you can create your account using this link:
