Appreciate the feedback wacky - a liitlle disappointed to see the 770 rep doesn't seem to have been around in a while to address these questions.

So, I did create my account thru the official link, then further went on to enter the necessary info (as I understand is necessary) to create the real money account...I gather it's just a waiting game now until the account gets credited the signup bonus bucks?

As far as I know not, but the pop up just stays there for maybe 5 seconds if I remember correctly. It is something that is set by default on all iPoker skins for marketing purposes and the skins can decide what info they put there.

Well the tables look decent, but I suspect the support is about the same as most sites. They can't all be stars. Like many other posters here ,there seems to be confusion in support. For myself, it's doing whatever they ask, and then they ask for what's done lol.
No big deal, and I think they'll sort it out.

That is correct, even though Vienna was a lot of work and kinda exhausting. I even brought a little present back home and am sick right now, still gonna look into the thread several times a day. The Satellites for the next MPS Stop at Nottingham are now also listed in the lobby and throughout the iPoker network, we had an amazing 390 players in the first Main Event and a prize pool of 273,000 €!

Hi,

I encountered very strange situation in 770poker today. I take part in 170$ promo. When I log into account today I saw that after monthly points addon I got 10,506.73. I take a screenshot and sent it to 170dol@<a href="http://www.pocketfiv...r770</a>.co.uk. Later on I login and what I saw was no 70$ addon and more my points status shows 4,109.56. I send it to support@poker770.co.uk also. But maybe you can explain me what the hell happend??? Because now I don't got idea how point system in poker770 work. If there is that addon points after end of month or no? Did that 170$ bonus affect it? If there's no why my points status shows 10k+? Also when I click now on My Account/Bonuses there is bonus issue with todays date - status completed, PTS6449.79, n/a, n/a, 0, n/a. What that all mean?

Sorry to say that but I think that Poker770 IS LYING. I don't get answer for my e-mail for 4 days. Today I started online chat with support. And well in terms there is "once they have collected 6000 points" and "send the screenshot of your point balance". So good luck in doing so if points you see in my account information aren't points that are count. Your online rep is saying that only base points count and base points aren't visible. Great. Total throughout thinking. I'v been through many sites and go through many promotions. When I saw that one what I thought was great promotion and so clear terms. Now I see that terms are so short only to give Poker770 ways to say new things.
What I see in account info "Your current Points770 balance: pt 4,736.43"
Terms "once thet have collected 6000 points770"
THE ONLY difference I see is capital letter. THERE IS NO INFO about base points or no!
SO MY OPINION IS POKER770 IS LYING.
Aha about why I saw 10k+ points they said "there has been a technical error regarding the 770 points balance"

I sent an email to support for further investigations and will let you know as soon as I hear back from them. From what I can guess, it may have something to do with the Points boost at the end of the month and that those would not count towards clearing the bonus.

Update:

You should receive an email from support shortly with further details and just as I assumed, the Points from the monthly Boost do not count towards the play through requirement for the full bonus, only Points earned on the real money tables do and those can be seen in the VIP status section.

You totally wrong. The points you see in VIP section are the same points and same amounts you see in My account. And Christian I get that only base points are counting for clearing that bonus from your online support. The point is that Poker770 can't get that almost everyone reading terms

and then playing on Poker770 and seeing only points that are there to be seen is f* sure that this are the points that count for bonus. Please rethink this yourself cause I see you the only one from Poker770 that take care about anything. And ask yourself - don't you think it is at least misleading? For me everything would be ok if that be clearly written in terms and it isn't.
Here you got your online support talking that these points aren't visible:

"Irene: the boosted and extraboosted points do not count in the promotion you have applied for
Irene: only the accumulated points do
Irene: so far you have generated 2659 points
hubsonnnn: so where i can see that ?
Irene: you don't have this option , but I have just confirmed you
Irene: these are the points you get at our cash tables and tournaments"

You still think it isn't misleading? Little stupid that players must take screenshots of points that aren't visible at all. So as you can see there are only 2 options. It is lie from start on or noone think about this at all.

I want quit playing on Poker770 ( why? here my list: 1. bonus issue, 2. support don't exist, 3. problem with vip store, 4. gameplay - no sync in break, constantly rearange your tables positions when change table, 5. withdraw on neteller about 48h ). And to do so I wanted to buy tokens for my points play them out withdraw what left on my account and move on. I bought tokens 4 days ago got confirmation e-mails and thats all no tokens at all. Of course it is not so easy on Poker770. I wrote down e-mail but no answer as always. If can look up to this one I'd be glad. Beside I want to withdraw and that could be lower then minimum and there's this in your terms "9.1 To withdraw money from his client account, the user must withdraw a minimum amount of �20 using MoneyBookers, Neteller or Click2Pay and �30 and any other superior amount using wire transfer or his credit card. For any withdrawal below, the user must contact Poker770 support team." Support don't bother maybe you can? It is first poker site I ever encountered that support don't bother to answer at all.
