P5s rakeback

    On the 3rd of Feb, I had my account status switched on Full Tilt to receiving rakeback through the pocketfives rakeback website. I was told that I would begin receiving rakeback every Friday from then on. However, after several e-mails asking when exactly I would begin to receive this rakeback, I've gotten no real response other than we'll look into it.

    It's been 3 and a half weeks, and I am beginning to worry that I won't receive the rakeback I was told I would receive, especially for the period of time between the 3rd and now. Has anyone else had a similar problem actually getting your account status turned on after you told it was on?
