  1. Basically they declare your account dormant and start taking your funds after only 6 months of inactivity at a rate of 10% per month

    there was a thread a while back about another site that has a similar policy, i think it was on the merge network, all sites have clause in their terms but 6 months is obv not long enough
     
  3. party also has a similar clause, but I think its $5 or 5 Euros a month.

    Is it fair? - yes because its in the terms & conditions. Whether read or not its in their rights to do so. Its still gross, but its fair from a business point of view.

    Is it smart practice for them to go ahead an do this? - no because it will alienate customers and have them withdraw the full amount off their site immediately and make posts like this discourages others from using their pokersite.

    That thread was about Carbon and the OP in that thread was definitely not telling the truth and then being combative when a rep was asking for information to help him. It is in their TOC (although they changed it recently), but it was never once acted upon by Carbon.
