but if its like any other party promotion (which are pretty much the same everytym) then you play, collect points, after you collect enough you get a prize which ranges from points, small amounts of $ and freeroll tickets

    enjoy

think its basically regions in the UK v each other, whoever gets the most points wins a package to a WPT worth like 8k or something from what i remember.

Edit : i found somewhere to book childrens partys at the Olympiad centre while googling it.

  5. That's great but I am a Welshman... I have been listed under England because I live in London. Is there anyway to change this or not?

    Hi Daughton,

We are requiring everyone to be listed where they currently reside. Good luck!

Also to be clear to all, this is a P5s specific promo. Anyone in the UK can participate but they must opt in with their p5s account!

  7. There are only 35 people signed up for the UK Olympiad right now. Remember, the winner gets a $7,500 WPT Paris entry plus $1,000 for travel and expenses, so there's a ton of value to be had.

Sign up here, and don't forget to tell your friends: http://www.pocketfives.com/united-ki...ker-community/

If you refer a friend who records a score of any amount in the Olympiad, you'll get a PocketFives t-shirt delivered straight to your door. Just e-mail support@pocketfives.com after your friend cashes. One t-shirt per person, please.

Your friends can opt in on our U.K. Olympiad home page. There's no charge to play. In order to refer a friend, just click on the yellow "Local" link at the top of PocketFives and then look for the "Refer Friends" button in the middle of the page. You'll find your unique referral link - just send it to your friends.

  8. In case you missed it, the Olympiad leaderboards are all updated, with the current leaders given for each country. If you still want to play, there's plenty of time left, and you're vying for a trip to WPT Paris! Registration, which is free, closes on July 31. Leaderboards and sign-up information are here: http://www.pocketfives.com/party-pok...ontest/signup/

You need to have a UK country listed in your profile in order to participate in the Olympiad and actually be playing poker from that country actively.

  11. What a crazy ending to our first ever UK Olympiad promotion. Great job to Northern Ireland for beating out the other three UK countries in a truly unexpected finish:
