This is a copy of my chat with live support mostly detailing my issue with only 1 active table at waimea bay .25/.50 6 max being active on players only while on other skins I saw over 20 games. I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue ? It seems to me either I'm hacked,blocked, or for some weird reason players decided to cutoff this stake.

Andrea Baker: I just checked the games and there are several games for the .50 and 1.25 stakes

sean: are u cking ring games

sean: this is not a sit n go issue

sean: .25c/.50c ring cash games are the issue

sean: tables waimea bay and nigara falls

sean: I only see 1 active of each

sean: I started having this issue within a week ago

Andrea Baker: From what I can see those are the games available, there is no issue with the games, however, certain skins offer different games for that specific skin.

sean: why in the world was I able to get over 20 games on that level a few days ago and now there's only 2 games

Andrea Baker: This is variable, and that depends on how many customers are on the tables, at the moment those are the only ones running.

sean: its like someone realized that was my cash game level and wanted to stop me from pursuing Jack hi vip

Andrea Baker: As long as you dont have the filter on you should be able to see all the listed games.

sean: 20 games to 2 come on now

sean: I wish I just went with carbon as my preferred skin I get screwed over by players all the time

sean: if I got my cashouts in 4 weeks and all the games were available like they should I would never have a reason to complain or question things

sean: but I don't see it on players where all my network money is

sean: if your not going to offer these games I suggest sending all my money to carbon

sean: table tijuana at .10/.25 shows the same amount of avaiable tables on players and carbon

sean: why is .25.50 waimea bay cut off on players

Andrea Baker: Right, there are some tables that are only for a certain skin.

sean: so u cut off a certain stake on one network

sean: like I say the same games are offered at the levels above and below .25/.50

sean: have u taken a look at how many tables are active on waimea bay on players

Andrea Baker: I can assure you that you have access to all the games available.

sean: no I don't

sean: I don't understand why players would ever do this

sean: u really want me to move up to .50/1 that bad this isn't right

Saw 4 tables running about an hour ago not great but an improvement hopefully they're working on the issue.
