    Well I'm sure the last thing they want to do is upset such a valuable member, with so much money stuck on FTP, so I'm sure they'll stop it now.

    I dont have a problem with the articles. Take them with the proper context, understand that the information may come from a variety of sources, some of which may be less credible than others. Having articles > not having articles, even if sometimes the articles report information that is incorrect or uncertain.

    you must have been a massive lurker or not had anything to contribute or questions to ask pre April 2011.

    This has been going on for nearly 18 months and there are a shitload of posters on poker forums from countries all over the fucking world that have money stuck there.

    If it doesn't interest or matter to you , then don't read the posts. If you do have money stuck on their (or any other site fr that matter) then I hope you get it back, but fuck you for complaining about any form of news that gives hope to us seeing our funds again.

    But seriously it's an online poker forum. What do you expect? If they didn't report it people would say they aren't doing a good job of keeping up with the biggest story in the poker world right there with the Main Event.

    Agree with Drewdaddy - It is similar to asking ESPN not to report sports rumors, yet opening up every rumor article.

    I'm glad though in this case it works out for the OP as the day after he complains, we wind up with news articles with facts on the sale rather than more rumors. I am also glad that the latest rumors turned out to come true with the deal between stars, FTP, and the US DOJ.
