all that being said i really hope it does happen -
Really?? You cant be serious.. I think theyd be fools not to especially with players like Zynga trying to get into the mix. Theyd have the market locked up for when legislation goes through in the US.

invest 700 million into a business that could take 10 or more years to yield a return, or find something more lucrative to invest 700 million in

pretty sure a lot of people could find something more profitable to invest that amount of money in -
With Isai's net worth, I'm sure being able to travel to visit family and avoid any jail time is the primary reason for the FT acquisition; remember he has family in Canada who he cannot see. From a PS perspective, being able to re-open FT (or PS) to the US market upon legislation is good enough for them, which i'm sure will be included in this deal.

You have to also look at the intangibles of pokerstars potentially being allowed back in the US market post regulations. If this is the case, the $700M is easily worth the gamble.

Wait until JB Grindier hits the November nine and tid! Should be fun. btw anyone that thinks that the DOJ would coordinate with pokerstars so they can announce something at the Main Event needs their head examined.

What do you think? Will PokerStars' acquisition of Full Tilt go through? If so, when? -
Who cares what we think. Who cares what the so called experts think too.

Everyone says they have a source who knows something. No one knows anything. Haven't we had enough baseless speculation about this yet? -
This...Almost everytime someone makes a statement about the deal they are completely wrong. Please stop making these pointless articles about what some random thinks is going to happen
