pokerstars is ripping off the micro players

    My wife just tried to cash out $15 dollars as she could not transfer that to me and was told you need $100 or more to cash out .How is this possible when the min to deposit was $10 if they keep all players money under 100 thats got to be atleast a million free bucks for them

    try a different method, u should be able to cashout anything over .99

    For amounts lower than $100.00 you have to do a direct bank deposit

    pokerstars generally doesnt rip anyone off, listen to the advice above, not fair to bad mouth stars before u know the deal

    there is no bank acct on this acct it was won in freerolls and transfers

    write to cashier@pokerstars.eu or dad@pokerstars.eu (not sure about dad account, but that worked when it was .com)

    You should be able to add a bank account. I was able to change mine, so I can't see how it's not possible to add one.

    OP, are you serious? Simple solution, link a bank account to the stars account, direct transfer for cash out... ez game.

    Stars is cashing out 4, 5, 6, and 7 figure amounts right now for US players... Given you provide ID and address verification for any amount over 4k... I doubt they're trying to screw you out of 15 bones...

    yeah my gf cashed out her 20 something dollars and had never deposited. Try a dif cashout option.

    I set up my account using a visa pre paid card and my account was less than $100. When I cashed out the system asked me to add an account and then I was able to cash out no problem.

    you can add a bank account and do a direct deposit which will clear in less than 48 hours.
