1. Hello all,

I have been receiving rake from Paidpokerplayers.com for approx 2years...however I have two issues...

    1) I never receive my rake in a timely manner..ther have been times where I send multiple emails make phone calls and eventually get my rake a month or even two late....I shouldnt have to do this...

    2) After I do my calculations I feel that I should be receiving more in rake......How do you know if you are getting screwed..and if so how is it regulated....when I emailed FTP they simple stated that this was an issue with my affiliate....ughhhhh

So ...is it possible to switch rakeback affiliates...I would love to transfer to P5's program......and if it is possible how is this done......

  2. Hi,

Unfortunately the only way you'd be able to switch is if your old affiliate agreed to let you go. You would have to ask them, and I doubt they'd be happy about it. We'd certainly love to have you, but as we are paid to bring Full Tilt new players, it wouldn't really be fair to the affiliate who brought you to Full Tilt if you were transfered to our account.

Regarding calculations, Full Tilt does quite a number of deductions that come out of your MGR. These include for FTP points spent ($0.005 from your MGR for each point), deposit and withdrawal fees, and other marketing expenses. Often the rakeback you receive is lower than what you expect it to be because of this stuff.

That said, if you've got an unreliable affiliate, it's really hard to be sure you're being treated fairly. Unfortunately there's not much you can do except let FTP know that you're unhappy with them.
