Got an email last week that starts with this:
Your 'Quick Deposit' transaction outlined below was successfully added to your Full Tilt Poker account.
However due to third party processor issues there has been a delay in debiting your bank account for this transaction.
Then i gives my account details with the amount of money and my bank account and then this:
Your bank account ending in XXXX will be debited within 1-3 business days - please ensure that the appropriate funds are available.
Once debited, the transaction above will appear on your bank statement with the descriptor; "FTPayments".
If there are any additional transactions to be processed we will contact you in advance by email with the transaction details.
We apologize sincerely for any inconvenience - rest assured we are working as a priority to resolve these issues.

Im looking back at my bank statements trying to figure this out and I am assuming that Full Tilt is correct, but seriously what a pain in the ass. I now I have to scramble to get money into the account thats being debited. The bank account I use for poker is just for poker and I never keep a lot of money in there and I never balance that account. I just look online to see if there is money in there if I need to deposit. Has this happened to anyone else? -
I read about the PMI charges, but I don't think this has anything to do with that. Its supposedly money that was never debited from my checking account.

plenty of threads about undebited deposits as well, i know a few weeks ago there were people who deposited in november of 2010 that still had not been debited on their bank accounts, not sure if these really old ones have been cleared up yet but ya this is a common problem right now...

I got this same email yesterday which I found odd since I've withdrawn three times since this initial deposit back in January and they all went through.

They are in the right, I am not disputing that. It is just horrible customer service on their behalf. I have been looking for a reason to not play there anymore, and this might be the reason. After something like 5 or 6 years there I have never felt comfortable playing on their site, I just never liked it, but I couldn't get rakeback from PS so I felt kind of forced playing there. I miss the days of the Ongame Network. Constant bonuses along with your rakeback. Once they got shutdown in the US i lost a lot of desire to play. I have been slowly bleeding money through Full Tilt. I guess I'll play out what I have left, cash in my points for some new electronics and call it a day.

There are 4 deposits and none of the funds have been taken out of my account>(i can understand the march one sort of) I have one in January, 2 in Feb, and 1 in March. I email them with the dates of the deposits and amounts and this is what i get.....

Quick Deposit transactions are generally debited form your bank account within 5 business days. However, we are currently experiencing some delays in the processing of some of your your Quick Deposit transactions. We are working as a priority with our third party processor to resolve this delay and will contact you in advance of these transactions being submitted to your bank for payment. Unfortunately we are not in a position at this time to provide you with an exact processing timeline.
Please note that not all Quick Deposits have been impacted by this issue and that some may be debited from your account as normal in the timeframe mentioned above.
As we are still working with our processor to determine which transactions are affected, we would not be able to provide an accurate pending transaction list at this time. Please compare your Full Tilt deposit history to your bank statement to determine which transactions have yet to be debited.
You can view your transaction history by following these three steps:
1) Open your "Cashier" window.
2) Select "History". A pop-up window will display all your pending transactions.
3) Select "Past Transactions" at the bottom of the window.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this has caused.

Not some of them, there is delays with all of them. I already viewed the transaction history. I have already compared deposit history to my bank. I know it's 84 dollars total between the 4 transactions. That is not helpful to me, it's not like I am stupid and dont know how much I spent...I DO KNOW. I just would like FTP to submit the payments..it's very simple. This scares me withdraw wise...Do people have to wait this long for withdraws?........Thank you-Ryan P. Gallaway

This issue will not affect your ability to withdraw.
Unfortunately we do not have any further updates at this time. We are currently working with our processors to resolve the issue. I'm afraid we are unable to provide an exact processing timeframe at this time. We will contact you prior to these transactions being presented to your bank for payment.

This shit is just ridiculous,stars is always on the money with this kind of thing. I deposited on stars after the most recent tilt deposit, and it was cleared through no problem. SMH -
JUst got my 3rd email the other day and had to head back to the bank to throw some money in my poker bank account to cover it.
Wake up today, a 4th fucking email! Heading back to the bank again to throw some more money in that account. This is such bull shit. Why can't they do all these at once? Seriously such a waste of time. I swear Full Tilt does whatever it can to make their customers hate them. I should have just closed my accounts and kept the money. I hate being a good guy.
