  1. So I recently won a tournement on Tilt and due to having withdrawing issues I done a site to site transfer with a couple of people to Stars, I then procide to withdraw the money and get this email.

After a routine review of your latest cashout in the amount of
$xxxx, it has come to our attention that most of the funds
that you cashed out came directly from transfers received from
    'xxxx', 'xxxx' and 'xxxx'.

Our transfer tool is only meant to help players fund their
accounts when they are unable to deposit with deposit options
currently available to them. All funds added to your account via
transfer must be used to play at our tables.

We are restricted by our license agreement in the Isle of Man and
this prevents us from being able to offer a real money transfer
service for the purpose of cashing out.

In this case, your cashout has been cancelled and funds have been
returned to your account balance. You are welcome to play with
the funds or to return them back to the senders.

You should use a money transferring service outside of pokerstars
for transfers which are not meant to be played at our tables.

I sent them another email, and got a response that didn't really explain much. So as I kind of need the money for upcoming events in life, I was just curious if I play x amount of SNGs for the amount I've requested to withdraw, will I be able to withdraw it after that?

  2. Yes, you have to play a minimal amount before you can withdraw. stars is very strict about this and most sites have this rule in place. You can ask them how much rake or how many VIPs you need to earn before they will let you withdraw.
  3. you ever read the forum theres a thread everyday about this
  4. Cheers WackyJaxon.

Yes I read it everyday and haven't come across one yet.
