Sigh, I wasn't using a VPN, but feel truly sorry for fellow players who were just trying to keep working without leaving their families behind. Of course some moral patrol will come up and say "their fault, they knew it was against the TOS", or some stupid comment like that. I'd like to know what their opinions would have been if they didn't suck at poker and had actually lost their source of income.

Kudos to pokerstars for taking their security concerns pretty serious, now if only all poker sites out there would do the same ... .

I am glad that stars is doing this, if they didn't and the US DOJ decided to stomp on them again that would put my account/funds at risk. I know it sucks that US players are not allowed to play but its not the rest of the worlds issue.
