Ugotnuts - the answer to your question is that if you already have a Cake account without rakeback, you're best off creating a rakeback account on a different skin on the same network. Thereby you can get rakeback and participate in promotions without violating any rules. You'll still be playing against the same players, same tournaments, etc.
The options we offer on the Cake Network besides Cake include Players Only, Doyles Room, and power poker. We've got really solid monthly promos on all 3 currently, so take your pick :)
