I have about $115 in lock. I cannot stand the new software on lock poker. I'm gonna try and play on Carbon now I think.
Can I transfer directly to Carbon? if not how does the western union cashout work on lock poker? I have to go to western union by my house?

EVERYONE don't waste your time waiting for your checks, the checks are not going through.

The site is going under, I had one $3,000 check bounce for insufficient funds. Deposited another one, and my account is on hold for the check is linked to a "fraudulent or nonexistent account."

Lock poker has decided to ignore me, after first saying this is an "urgent matter" and the cashier manager will contact me immediately. That was 3 days ago, 5 days after my original email. I am getting screwed by lock, and all of you will too.

It is probably too late to get your money out of lock, so all i can say is to not put another dime in there.

I requested a cash out on June 9th. Nothing yet. I was told it takes 7 days for the western union to process or something but its been 2 weeks now & nothing.

Both me and a guy i back have several thousand pending payment. The bigger check has been pending for a month and as of yesterday both WU transactions were declined after pending for about 3 weeks. As of this morning, the declined funds have not been put back in our poker accounts. And as we all know, for the last month lock support has been MIA. Its obvious they dont have a processor right now and cant get the money off. I hope they can get this worked out but everyday that goes by means less confidence, then fewer players causing less traffic, thus less revenue. This is a death spiral for their business. Lock - unless you want to fail, be smart and issue a statement. Silence and uncertainty will bankrupt you.

Nobody going to deposit under these conditions - need PR statement to calm nerves and explain why these issues are occuring. Communication is half the battle and is so easy!!!!! Vague, non-descript auto-generated emails from support make it worse. Be transparent and everyone will understand. Makes me worried they are beyond repair or maybe under fed scrutiny. Its easy to jump to these dooms day scenarios, which is why we need a statement.

Hi they will not answer phone or reply back to me either. I have been waiting on a cashout for 2 weeks and they dont even respond to any emails. Seems like the end is near for all of us online. It took 15 weeks for my last check from bodog and since merge did their update half of their games do not work properly and seems like they dont care. 2-7 triple draw game you sometimes see how many cards your opponents are drawing and sometimes u cant. They blow you off on their live support and give you a reference number but when you quote them reference numbers and money that was supposed to be repaid back to my account for hands in progress when their servers went down during the update problems they just blow you off and give you another reference number. I know i am screwed and none of the sites are fair or honorable at all so i beleive I will just quit playing and go back to work. Too much stress not knowing if you will ever get paid or treated like any customer should be. Its a sad time to be an American.

For declined WUs, go to your cashier history and all info is in there. Just went and picked up the money for a 2k withdrawal and all went fine

The cashier gives me error messages no matter what I try to do. I've had 3 WU withdrawals reversed back into my account with no explanation after being "approved". Lock hasn't responded in a week. Last time I got an email they told me to try my casino account, which also gives me a restricted account error message. Haven't been able to get a penny in over 2 months. Hey MOO - first off I wouldn't recommend you playing on either Lock or Merge if you are not in the US since there are much safer options. However, right before I went to the US for a couple of weeks I put a small amount on Lock and withdrew it via moneybookers when I got back to Europe.
