When I did my last withdrawal they never sent me an email saying it was ready. I had to manually go in and check for the control #. Maybe its there? You should get your fees back if you email them. Mine took a while but I know people that have received theres before they got there cashout. GL

So basically they have doubled the fee coupled with increasing the actual wait time, which is over a week as of today, being Monday the 16th of July. One time lock, damn!!

I submitted a payout request for Lock poker on july 4th. I was told that it would be processed in 7-10 business days. I emailed them three days ago have not heard anything.Anyone know anything about Lock poker

That seems kinda ridiculous, however at this point I'm wondering if I'm gonna get paid at all. If i go to Western Union with no real info besides my name and ID, I'm sure they'll laugh in my damn face honestly, but if my money is actually there, i obv wouldn't give a fuck. I've emailed 3 times and called and left a message, which is clearly pointless. I'm completely done with Lock's shitty software and their complete lack of customer concern. They make merge look like pokerstars at this point.

I did a withdraw for 2k western union on the 9th; i got the 'declined' email right away, and then all the info was in my history except the control number. I messaged Shane, he was helpful, said the decline email was a glitch from the old processor, told me to even notice that my old merge name would be on the email... it was.. so he said their working on why the old processor sends off that decline email but my w/d is underway. We checked back every day since and its been 10 days and still no control number. I also have sent in a request for refund on the fee from last month, and its been a month with still no refund to the 10% fee i was charged.
I will continue to wait another few more days, before i update again. Even shane didnt know what was going on and why it was taking so long. he did said they have a whole big batch of support techs being trained and will soon be able to help answer a ton of emails and request. He said basically their customer support will step up and hopefully this will help everything go smoother. Basically they took on the whole cake network, not just the lock customers. -
You went to western union to check for the control number? If not where did you find it on Lock?. Also do you know if there is another way to check the status of the withdraw? I actually have to click withdraw, and put in some arbitrary amount and then it tells me i have one pending so i cant withdraw(duh), and it lets me click a link to get to the pending withdraw screen. Then I can check the status or cancel it if want. Obv still says "requested" Lame

No you dont have to go to WU, check in your history and if there is a control # there you can go pick up your $.

Checks bouncing , charging depositors for multiple deposits, back logged cash outs, no customer service to get a hold of.. i can only wonder whats going on there..

My 3 guesses: Understaffed, mismanaged, under-funded.

I checked in the history and found where i requested the actual payout from Western Union, but that's about it. Still no response via email or after leaving a detailed message. 12 days and counting. Good thing i paid the extra fee for a "quicker" payout. FML -
so i just sifted through this entire thread as i was thinking about playing some stakes on Lock/Rev and I'm curious why I dont see anyone complaining about normal check cashouts on Lock...all the complaints are about WU cashouts?
Edited By: ktx49 Jul 21st, 2012 at 04:18 AM
is this because there is no longer any other options or because only the WU withdrawals are experiencing these issues/delays?
basically has anyone cashed out via check on Lock since they switched over to Revolution?? what were your experiences? -
I think this is because the wu on lock is suppose to be a lil quicker in general like 1-2 weeks instead of 30 days plus for checks..

sure, i understand WU should be faster than a check, but I'm just wondering if these issues and delays are limited to WU cashouts or to all withdrawals?

I guess Lock doesnt think they need customer service. The hell with them!

Finally received the control number today being July 21st.. Requested the payout on July 8th, so right at two full weeks. Not terrible, but with the added fee, i expected a much faster payout. Just happy to get it at this point. GL to everyone else waiting. I emailed like 3 times, so you may wanna try that route
-
what extra fee? if you mean the 10%, email them and you will get it back. you get one free monthly.

I am referring to the fee associated with using Western Union for a payout. It's like $25 when getting a check is like $15 if i'm not mistaken. The point is, I or whomever, is paying more for what's supposed to be a faster payout and it's not really that much faster therefore defeating the purpose. Anyhow, thanks for the help prior tha_burgh. -
so basically nothings wrong with Lock cashouts unless your requesting(and expecting...) a semi-instant WU withdrawal???
-
My first w/d was processed and posted up quickly. This last one has been 3 days and its still not posted in the WU w/d box in the history. Good to hear you were successful with 2 w/d. GL

I don't believe WUis available on cake @ least not for those of us who didn't deposit via WU. This is at least what i was instructed months back.
I am still waiting on my last cashout of 3k from cake that was rquested on 3/1/12. So looks like their check process is about 5 months now.....
As far as the person w/ the bank clearing issue. Swich banks!! I had an issue with a local VA bank branch like this, asked for the check back. Tried at my other bigger national bank account and it cleared at midnighht that day. -
WU worked for me
-
Requested WU 2k cashout tonight(7-22-12), will update when I see some monies!
When should I expect to get refunded the processing fee? Should I go ahead and email them to make sure I do or just wait to see if it is refunded? I really want that 200$ back, hell that was my starting roll when I started on Lock just a couple months ago. -
BTW this is lock
