Revolution really needs to get it together here. My cash out experience hasn't been pleasant to say the least and I'm growing more and more frustrated with "support." These people blatantly ignore emails and basically show me they could give two shits about my business. I'm oi. Can't wait to move out of the states...

A $14 fee for an EcoCard withdrawal of over $2,000. Had to deposit through them first. BUT... looks like I'll finally get my money. Lock's done now, they deposited to EcoCard. Only took, ohhh... 15 weeks or so. After that long $14 seems like a bargain.

I think the way it works from my understanding is you have to wait for your money to clean then you email to get it back. I do know of one person that got theres back before they received there WU cash out.

Go to cashier and then click the history tab to the left. Mine did the same thing but the w/d went through even after that email. I never got anything other than that denied email. There is a WU cashout box in the history section, if you have a control # your money can be picked up. GL

Thanks for the head up burgh, I went ahead and emailed them to ask when I should expect it but haven't received a response yet. Only been two days though, so no worries yet.

I just got my control number posted; Basically its going to be safe to assume roughly 14-16 days from time its processed in your history. My number just posted this morning, i had Western Union process on 7-9-12, and today is 7-24-12;
I have yet to get an answer to my email in my request to refund the fee i paid for my 1st withdraw last month, so that fee is in limbo on being refunded. None the less, in the end the 10% is well worth it to get my money off and have less stress over what is kept on that site.
I will request here shortly again that last months fee be refunded and this months fee as well, but like i said; at least the money is here and i am on my way to pick it up right now! If anything negative happens with the withdraw, i will update.

First of all after Poker stars and Full Tilt started ripping people off, once you deposit money on an online site, let me tell you something, you are lucky to see any of it ever again. Secondly it is quite simple, I cashed out in Nov and got a check at the end of Feb. I know that a lot of you have a short attention span and only read or write a maximum of a sentence or two but the simple facts are right there in black and white.

Well in the poker world over 90% of the people who deposit on ANY site, no matter how reputable, will be lucky to ever see any of it again. Because that percentage or more are losing players. I don't mind waiting 2weeks for a WU transfer if that means I'm actually one of the lucky ones profiting from the game. I am a recreational player with a full time job, so I take what I can get.

They have ignored my emails and now it seems as if they have blocked me from emailing support! This is ridiculous. Once and If I get my money off I will NEVER play Revolution again.

On the payout review, mine now says "authorized" as of 2:30 p.m Eastern time today, before it said "requested". I'm hoping the control number is next? I emailed Lock on the 23rd, and asked what was going on. I noticed it changed today on the payout review. I clicked withdraw, and it didn't give me the "you can't request a payout while one is pending" like it usually does since i've requested the W/U. However, it's still under the pending category. It still doesn't say processed, or rejected. The withdraw is still pending..yet the status changed to "authorized" from "requested". Still nothing in the cashier history, except the request date for the W/U. At least something has changed...I don't know what the hell is going on over there.

Last time i requested a check from Lock for $500 everything was cool until i deposited the check into the bank account. Everything cleared fine but two days later my bank sends the check back overseas for verification, pulls the money out of my account, eventually returns the money after giving me an explanation that because it was an overseas check they had to charge me $125 in transfer fees resulting in me getting $375 of the $500 total i cashed out. Previous check was from the Carribean Islands, this check is from Montreal. Hoping i don't have to pay any foreign fees through the bank this time around. -

The first time I tried to withdraw, it was "approved", but then something "went wrong" and the money was put back into my account. This time it has been approved for 8 days so far, but no sender information has been sent to me, which is necessary to withdraw using Western Union. They do not respond to emails and I have recently emailed "Rizen" so I will see if he responds. Starting to think the site is just a scam...

Did you go into history and make sure there isnt a control #? You will not get an email saying it is ready for pick up.

This is the email I received today, so guessing about another week to get a response from the Cashier Department. History still has same status as day 1 (WU Withdrawal Requested). Still has only been 4 days so nothing unexpected up to this point. -

I did not check emails yesterday, so it could have come then. This is my first withdraw from Lock. -
When I go into the history all that it tells me is the date and time of the withdrawal. Is there some where else I should look, I think they email me the control number.. or am I wrong?

Sometimes that info will pop up and the MTCN field will be blank and then a day or two later the MTCN comes through. So pretty much just wait until it shows up.

I don't see a MTCN section in the history tab at all... All it states is my transactions, and once the WU withdrawal was approved it states "
2012-07-16 06:23:36 AMDF-EPT_WU Withdrawal Approved!"
Which is just the time/date and that it was approved... Thank you for taking your time to help and sorry for all the questions, but they either have yet to give me a control number, or I cannot find it :-/ -
Good luck dude. I emailed lock over 5 times about my withdraw and I got the same email from support. It has been a month and my withdraw still pending and i havent rcvd a single email from cashier!!! I feel really dumb to trust Lock and put money into their software. I have been playing Merge and withdraw takes 3 weeks tops with great customer service. I understand what the US is going through, but the lack of communication and service from Lock poker make them a horrendous place to play our game. Stay away from them, seems to me Merge is our only option

With all of the fuss I've been seeing concerning cashouts (btw, with pokerstars you withdrew the money, it was in your account next day or sooner, every time, so I don't know about them ripping people off) I am convinced nothing has changed and will not patronize Lock anymore. My beef was the dreaded "rigged" notion, which I won't get into for this a completely different discussion. The fact is, if it smells bad, looks bad, it is bad. I know we should have the right to play, but I'd rather wait for legistlation, ever how long that takes, then donate money to Lock, which seems to be all that's going on. I hope everyone gets their money, and if they don't they raise immortal hell!
