someone contact a p5's staff or forward this to mods dont you think it would be super simple to eliminate the scams on here if you treated theses trades like pay pal but between mods and both players invovled......... so basiclly my idea is to designate a few mods maybe even empoly them for doing these trades and basiclly the player who wanted the trade send 1st to mod then mod confirm the funds are in his acct. then player two sends and mod does the swap. I feel both can fully trust a employee or a mod like wacky jaxon for example hes got 8,000 posts etc and is respected and wouldnt scam period. end this maybe ill get scammed bull shit make a real deal safe place to make trades. and me being someone who is usually not looking for small trades it wouldnt be a big deal for me to pay the mod designated to this a small fee or % so let me know i think is amazing idea

I appreciate the kind words.

While it might have been a good idea as of a couple of weeks ago, in today's environment Mods and Admins cannot get involved with these types of activities due to the recent announcement by P5s regarding their stance regarding online poker for US friendly sites. Please see the linked thread & article below for more information.

-
2 months 3 weeks
-
so what?! maybe i missunderstand your post but do you want me to feel sorry for you now?
i just answered your question dude.
not my fold you are amarican and not my fold you are playing
on the shittiest of the 3 sites left for americans atm.
jut start playing on bodog.. payouts are quick and most players suck. -
There are skins on the Cake Network that have fast Cashouts because they do not use the Cake Cashier but do the processing themselves. I would definitely recommend doing some research if your wanting to play on the Cake Network because there are much better options then the Cake Skin.

Whatever you do don't put any more money on this site. I have been waiting for a cashout 6 weeks as of this thursday. Also, if you want to deposit while you are cashing out, you have to cancel the cashout and go through the three month process again. They cap their cashouts at $3000 and charge you $35 a cashout. I put $300 in May and have ran it up to $11k. I just want to know that I can rely on them. So I have sent over 30 emails and just heard thanks for your concern, but we can't give you a certain timeframe. I've talked to other players and everyone I've talked to has got their money it just takes a long time. It will probably take about a year until I get the entire money. They could have a monopoly with online poker, but it seems like they are taking all the cash up front--like full tilt, but can't pay the players back at 1/10 of the time they buy in. So it seems like they take all of the money and can only pay back as soon as rake is coming in.
P.S. You might have more success cashing out $2500-$3000 because they use a payment operator for those amounts.
Are you allowed to sell pokermoney on pocketfives for bank transfer or only trades for other sites? -
im just gonna play on merge. i do like the deepstacked tourneys on cake but i want to be able to cashout

Lucky for me, its all I know..I missed the whole stars/ft era instant withdrawls and all that..This all has to be torturous for all you reg's who knew "the before time", in the "long long ago"....
Anyways, one guy recommended saving up for a $3000 dollar withdrawl..He said the cashout pathway is different and faster, and it saves on fee's...Not sure if thats true or not.. -
check req on 6/24
processed 8/24
waiting on delivery... -
i have been waiting since june 1st. With my luck this isnt surprising at all. I bet there is no one out there who has waited as long as me.
-

I had my bodog rakeback sent to cake and I just requested a payout. Unfortunately I had no idea how bad they were about payouts :(

I sent them two emails probing for timelines today and these were the responses.
"Thank you for your email. We are behind our usual cashout speeds at present but do hope to be caught up and back to normal times soon. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance."
When asked for more detail i got this...
"Thank you for your email. I'm afraid we'd be unable to provide an exact ETA at present but do hope to be back to normal times soon. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance."
Their customer support is ridiculously fast at responding though. Like less than 2 minutes wtf... -
Requested the cashout 6/10/11, got this email today 9/16/11:

Valued CakePoker Player,
Please be advised that your cashout request has now begun processing and should be completed within 48-72 hours.
Best wishes
Hopefully his means a check within the next 2 weeks, I had honestly forgotten about the money it has been so long. -
6/5 cashout for $525 approved on 9/15. yay!
-
My cash out has been in the "pending" stage since 7/8. If I ever get my check, I am done with that site. I sent 3 polite emails. I received 3 polite replies telling me they are backed up and they can't even tell me when to expect the check.
