second month in a row no ftp freeroll

    this is the second month in a row i have recieved the ftp email saying ive been invited to the whitelabel rakeback 20k freeroll all i have to do is register-- problem being i cant register again - really dont understand why im on the email list and not the tourney list--

    can ya help me out adam would be nice to play this months --thanks man

    Hi Frosty - Please send a PM to Sandy by today at the latest, and she can definitely get you registered. Be sure to include your FTP screen name.

    The problem you're experiencing is something that Full Tilt has had (on their end) for as long as we've been running these freerolls, and it seems to affect about 5-10% of people trying to sign up. Why they haven't fixed it yet, we don't really know. Our understanding is that certain people's browser or computer configurations cause this error to occur.

    For this reason, we always get those emails out as early as possible and recommend that players register immediately in case there's a problem. Since you're contacting us now, there's still plenty of time to get Full Tilt to manually register you in the event.
