This pretty much sounds like "welp, on the 15th we'll tell you something even if we don't have anything to say, but feel free to get your hopes up if you want"

withdraw funds and we'll also tell you we're making progress but the reality of
the situation is we don't know wtf we're going to do.

They might be a bit closer than that, given that they paid the Take 2 bonuses to account this week; they would not have bothered if they were not close to a solution. The swiftness of pokerstars will also put a lot of pressure on them to arrive at a quick solution, imo.

It almost took 6 months for neteller to get your monies back into the US in 2006. -
