so with FTP down does this mean i can use the money in my bank account that....

    i cashe a check last week wednesday from pokjerstars, aty first it went thru, then it bounced on friday

    Not even they're that stupid.

    Find out from you bank how long an e-check has to be withdrawn from your account before the check is deemed invalid. For some banks, it's 6 months.

    If Full Tilt doesn't take the money out in that time, chances are they'll never be able to and you'll be in the clear.

    But, make no mistake about it - FTP has zero way of going into your account and taking your money legally right now and I doubt they'd be dumb enough to attempt it. If they did you could even contact your bank and let them know of this - you might get your money back (they might close your account too after but hey, at least you'd get your money back).

    Hahaha I have a Deposit from September or November that was never taken out. Have been wondering about this exact question

    My guess on this whole situation is that obviously FTP or stars has no shot of getting that money from anyone's bank account anytime soon, if ever. However, that's not to say that if you owe them $1000 and have any money in your online account with them, that they wont just take it from there.

    Also, as they may never be able to recoup from your bank accoun any current outstanding debt, they may obviously never let you play on their site again in the far future if legislation etc. ever allows u.s. players to play on FTP or Stars again.

    I still have roughly $1300 in uncleared deposits (october thru december of 2010) from FTP. I am very interested to see if they will be able to come after this now...

    I did receive a direct bank transfer withdrawl of $600 last week Wednesday. I assume that is all good.

    I have a check for $300 that I have not received yet that I requested back on 4-11-11. Doubt I will see that.

    im a donk and i have many many many deposits which have not came out of my bank account yet. just guessing but about 20 or more for about $2500ish. last time taking out was early february and had all that money sucessfully come through on ftp but not through bank, yet. looked at few of these similar posts and im very interested if they skip out on all that money cuz its so much. prollly should close out bank account and start up new one. just worried about what actually might happen if they do catch on to what i did, as well as overdraft fees if they encounter or other such penalties etc idk
