  1. yo stars what's up with your lobbies lagging like crazy?

    you click the lobby, and it says 300 people left in a tourney, when in reality there's like 50 left.

    if you leave the lobby open for a few minutes or close ita nd open it again it fixes itself a lot, but ti's been ridiculously laggy all day

    fix that shit

  3. ITs only started happening since the info tab got revamped to auto refresh itself. It is kinda wierd tho...
  4. Agree it is very annoying, also bring back the refresh button aswell its like crack to me
     
  5. yep the more tinkering with software updates rather than just keeping it simple seems to make the software spew a lot, all these new colors and everything else..........i just wanna play without timing out etc..

  7. the dynamically updating prizepools during late reg were blamed last time, I see they've returned. Combine that with the huge number of players online and the new info tab, bound to slow things down. IDK why cute little software features should be pushed in at the detriment of client performance, but that's where we seem to be.

  9. just stick to the info tab in tournament until they fix it, but I agree it is annoying
  10. We've seen some reports of this, and the programmers are investigating.

    It might be helpful if when you see this sort of thing taking place, you could send us your program log files.

    To do so, follow these instructions:

    1. Open the Main Lobby
    2. Go to Help
    3. Go to Log Files
    4. Select "Save Log Files as ZIP..."
    5. Save the file to your Desktop, you may have to navigate to the Desktop as the default location is the pokerstars Settings Folder
    6. Write an email to pokermanager@pokerstars.com, subject: "Lobby Display Lag Issue"
    7. Click on Attach File (or similar option)
    8. Select the ZIP file located in your Desktop or wherever you chose to save the file
    9. Click OK and send the email.

  15. This has been happening for at least a week for me now everyday. It's really confusing in rebuy tournaments because you don't know much time is left in the rebuy period. It's messed me up a few times. Please fix asap!

  17. I emailed stars about 2 hours ago and they had no clue about it. Email just got fowarded to tech team
  18. really tilting, i wish stars would just understand the old 'if it aint broke, don't fix it' sayin.

  19. Got an email saying they figured out the problem and will be fixing it in next update. Better late than never!
     
  20. I noticed this too. To workaround this, click the info tab on your table, this will also refresh the lobby within a few seconds. No idea why but works.

    If you already have info tab open, click back to chat and then click info again, it will update in a few seconds in the lobby.
