  1. I've always been a big fan of stars support, however, I moved to Costa Rica last Sunday and have yet to be reinstated. Most people I talked to said this change took a couple days at most. Yet I turned in my paperwork on Tuesday, received the verification call on Thursday, and am still not on. I was looking forward to this Sunday and the 10 milly, etc. Does anyone have an idea of when they'll give me the green light? I thought it was X-mas morning, until I looked down at the fat dooky of coal in my stocking

its a long shot but it just might work. OP have you considered this?
  4. If you only knew. I had to email them 10 times to receive the phone call. They kept telling me my costa rican phone was out of service, which i knew it wasn't after making and getting numerous international calls. Eventually, we got the area code right and we talked. The first email I sent after I got a reply, but two since then have gone ignored. I just hate sitting and not being able to do anything and missing my first Sunday back.

  5. It took me about 3 days to switch my account to Lithuania, and this was a couple of years before black friday. GL with this, just keep emailing them once a day until they respond and get it done.

Their support is probably the best in the industry, its their verification department that needs some caffeine to speed things up.
  8. If its any consolation the 10 million gtd isnt this weekend, so you didnt miss that

  9. Yeah I was happy to see that. I wouldn't care that much had I not known of other players that were reinstated in hours and they told me on the phone "it can take up to 48 hours" which its past.

The Matt Forte injury, which busts my fantasy squad and bears year, and waking up to no stars on Sunday made me a little sour. Appreciate the replies and guess i just have to hope for the best

Compare them to party and how FTP used to be for example. All my support questions have always been answered in 1 day. Verification and security issues which are not handled by support have both take longer.
  12. ya, anyone criticizing ps support has literally no clue what they're talking about

it seems like you're pretty much in the end stages of the request or whatever...but there's a stars rep on 2p2 you can PM who has helped people expedite this process...check the 'moving to canada' thread, i dont' remember the username
