so anyway its just titan that i lost money from and apparently they investigated it and theres no evidence of hacking or whatever which doesnt really make sense ...

here is an email i sent them just there to give u a better idea of the situation , this is about the 5th ive sent them and they didnt bother replying to my last one before this... their basically saying im a bull shitter which annoys me , i could accept been robbed more than that ... probally havent even bothered investigating , i just want to know what happened its kinda annoying , 1100 euro isnt the end of the world .. i just lost 30k on ub/ftp but its the point ... ive just to move on continuing to play on their site like nothing happened? lol

Why arent u replying to me? just ignoring me now? im fed up saying this story but i guess ill say it again ... I had 1100 euros roughly last time i played then i go back on the day after that .. this is a few weeks ago ... and i cant log in the password wasnt working (looking bk on it it had obviously been changed) i didnt think to much of it right there and then and was super busy because i multi table tourneys so when i was done i phoned u directly because i was a bit worried and i hear the worst possible news "your balance is zero" .. i manage to get back on the software a short while later after sending documents etc and had 112 euro in it which confused me , but i just found out they had requested to change the points in to money ( i didnt even know u could do that ) also how do u do that? u do that through the software or do i have to contact you to do so? if i do have to contact you could you let me see the request because it certainly wasnt me.... ive sent numerous emails and you keep telling me there is no evidence of hacking or whatever which doesnt make sense to me ... i stay with my flat mate who i trust 100% who can barely even use a computer never mind operate poker sites etc , there's just no chance it could be him so i know for sure ive defo been hacked / robbed. I just wish u would bloody help me .. doesnt this make sense to u? also i want to know where my last 1500 euros to zero went , ive asked u a few times to tell me and you havent replied , why wont you send me this info? .... please help me with this , im a genuine honest person , do the right thing please.

send me my last playing history of from about my last 1500 euros to it hitting zero!!!!

Like i said i know its not a lot of money but just really annoying getting told nothing happened as if im stupid lol... i know for 100% i got robbed for it and with all that info u think they would see something fishy no?

fkin poker sites really starting to annoy me these days corrupt mother fkers , i was always one to stand by poker sites when you had people saying , ooh i wouldnt give them my bank details etc , id be like nah its fine ,,, u cant trust anything man :(

sorry to go on guys just wondering of this had happened to you? cause if this happened to me obv people are getting away with robbing people all the time and they arent doing shit ... also the security is pathetic all they need is access to your email and they can change your password , pretty redic

first of all I am sorry to hear that this happened to you and hopefully I will be able to bump this thread to one of my contacts at TitanPoker, since I am working for another skin on the iPoker network (Poker770). Can you please send me your Titan screen name by Personal Message, otherwise they will not be able to immediately identify the account in question.

Did you ask them to check your log in IP's when this most likely occurred? Titan and / or iPoker security should be able to look into that and it would be one evidence that the account was maybe hacked. Have you been in touch with another player lately (staking, coaching etc) that might have caused this?

As soon as I have the screen name, I will be able to forward that email to my contact at titan poker and make sure that they also get back to you.

Regarding your question about exchanging Points for Cash: Every iPoker skin has a loyalty program and an online store and there you can exchange the Points for a cash bonus.

I have been helping out Celtic with this hacking issue, can you check the last time a different IP has accessed his account and tell Celtic, we think we removed the suspected keylogger from his machine but we need to make sure.

I think is terriable that the even cant answer me. If someone from Titan Poker read this please solve my issue. Or you are on strike to? Had you finish it like you should it would give you so much damage like it had and more players would play at you skin/network

When was the last time you were able to log on to titan?
I just checked your playing history on there & it shows nothing played after Oct.3rd

(checked on PTR, shows you played on cash tables, ~850hands on Oct.3rd.. was that even 'you'?.. cuz it was pretty much the only cash tables you've ever played on Titan).

I also have pokerprolabs so was no prob to type in your name & see your last games played.
HeadsUp (sng) - 8 games played on Oct.3rd (again, the only time your account shows any HU sng play)
MTT - 4 games played on Oct.3rd

Added up numbers.... shows $944.41 lost on Oct.3rd (but that's not including 'rebuys' & 'addons' in MTT play).
The cash table play was also almost all 'HU' & in Euros (just 62 hands that weren't HU).

Not sure if this helps you at all... but read in your post about wanting to know (from titan) what your game history was on their site.

Celtic, Orifice was referring to Behar with that post and yes, according to the 2+2 thread he deposited on Titan and played a longer session there (after his account on William Hill was frozen) before that account was frozen as well. Will try to bump both issues to my contact at Titan again and keep you posted.
