  1. Anyone one that plays on there I would recommend not depositing anymore. Just read this convo someone had with UB chat support.

    FRIGOFFBARB: I requested a payout on the 15th still just says requested is it normally this slow to process?
    Payouts: yes we are experiencing delays due to the issue with the US government for players outside US unfortunately
    FRIGOFFBARB: can you give me an estimated timeline?
    Payouts: let me check one moment please
    FRIGOFFBARB: thank you
    Payouts: We expect you are aware of recent legal developments in the US. This situation has led to an unprecedented high volume of payout requests and inquiries, and is causing processing issues in general for us.   5. VIP support gave me an email address to contact. I sent them an email and it was denied. Also the live support is now down.
     
  6. Had a similar convo with their live support, with a similar result: got nowhere. Site is absolutely garbage and shady, so tired of the b.s. (have had cashout problems in the past obv).
     
  7. Very interesting that they are still accepting international deposits but not allowing withdraws.... I am willing to bet that this little tid bit is not mentioned during the deposit process.
     
  8. is this different than ftp or stars currently? do we really need to see negative bs from a support guy spewing what hes been told to say, some ppl have tens of thousands of dollars there and the whole world doesnt need to see this right now. its stressful for everyone right now lets stop making fun of support plz...it 100% helps nothing

    Yes it is.
    On stars & ftp non-us players can cashout. It goes slower than usual for obv reasons, but it works. Afaik, not a single dollar has been cashed out from cereus since friday, us or worldwide.

    I am not making fun of anyone. I am simply trying to warn non-us players before they deposit what the status of their cashouts were.

  22. id figure id leave my thoughts here.

    if you read the full 50 some page indictment on the big 3. and scrolled all the way down to what banks were seized and whatnot. MAJORITY of the banks that were seized are us banks. The others are overseas. So if your money is in one of those u.s banks, good luck getting it back.

    Also for the people that are emailing and trying to withdraw funds from the sites. Give it a break, we all have funds on numerous sites, im personally not too worried about not getting paid back.

    But if you would look at it this way.
    If you and your buddies are at a card game in you or your friends garage or whereever it might be, and it gets busted by the feds, all the money from the table they take. You dont get paid back... and never will.

    So hopefully we will get paid back sooner or later. But give the support people from these sites some slack, they were blindsided like all of us were.

    This depends on the state, not the federal government.

    Payouts:Our company has retained U.S. legal counsel to review these matters and we will provide more detailed feedback within the next few days
    ME: Im not american, Im canadian...when I submitted my request I was assured that this payout was going to process ASAP.
    Payouts:we will provide more detailed feedback within the next few days
    ME: I don't understand, I was told that non-US players would be able to do cashouts as usual
    ME:Are you saying this cashout will be rejected?
