PocketFives' Revolution Network feed is down, and has been since August 28. I've contacted Lock and Cake to fix the feed and will post updates here.
In the meantime, if you have any tournament scores you'd like PocketFives to enter into our database manually, please e-mail support@pocketfives.com and we'd be happy to do so.
UDPDATE 9/10:
Revolution's feed was fixed on September 10, retroactive to September 5. So, if you're missing any data from August 29 to September 4, please e-mail support@pocketfives.com. -
I was wondering my last few scores werent posting. Will they post once you guys get it fixed?

Edited By: wackyJaxon Sep 3rd, 2012 at 06:49 PMIt is unlikely the tournaments will be backdated once the feed is fixed, so please email us (support@pocketfives.com) with any missing scores that have at least 75 entrants, a minimum of a $500 prize pool, and a minimum $1 buy-in if you wish for them to appear on your profile and count towards your worldwide and local rankings.Originally Posted by ChameleoN89

Also, when requesting to support to add tournament cashes, please use the below format.
1. Date
2. Site
3. Number of Players
4. Buy-in
5. Prize Pool
6. Your finish position
7. Your cash amounts
8. Your Pokersite Screenname -
I mean, will my scores post when everything is fixed? or do I need to msg you guys with the info or it will never post?
-
For the meantime, you'll need to e-mail us in order for scores to appear in your profile. It's not clear right now if we'll be able to get back data once the feed is fixed. So, your best bet is to e-mail support@pocketfives.com.

Anyone know were u can find your tounoment info history on lock

pretty sure you have to subscribe to sharkscope in order to see individual tournaments tho. I have a few small cashes and also shipped the 110k this past Sunday (brag). I also shipped a $5 rebuy on 8/30 that never showed up in my scores.

If you go to the Lock Admin page, they give a bunch of free searches a day. You should be able to find the relevant info from the free searches.

Can you e-mail support@pocketfives.com and we can look into it?

I sent an e-mail to Jason about this yesterday. Thanks for finally removing it.

Hi - This was my mistake and as soon as I realized it I asked for it to be removed. Willy Duffie also honestly reported it to me as well later in the day as soon as he noticed it. Our programmers were able to remove this tournament within 24 hours of the mistake.

So, is the Revolution network feed fixed or do we still need to send forwarded e-mails of our recent cashes to support or Jason?
-
Yeah, sorry it's a pain for the time being. I asked Revolution for an update on Friday and didn't get a response. :(
-
You'll need to e-mail us in order to get any scores added. I know it's a bit of a pain in the butt, but that's the only way we'll be able to add scores to our database.

We are aware of a few results being listed twice because they were manually entered on request and the feed was backdated. This will be fixed in the next couple of days. Thank you everyone for your patience while the feed was down and thank you to those that submitted results in an easy to input fashion as well. Good luck all.
