US players still reg'd in tourneys on FTP?

    So does anyone know if this lock down is merely based on your ip address and not on what country you're from? ( is it ip based or personal information based). also what are ppl doing with money on other "untouched" sites?

    If you haven't closed FTP so you haven't had to update you can still play if you're from the US
