why is Scott Tom indicted by the FBI

    Scott Tom was one of the major players in the UB/AP scandals and supposedly no longer involved with those sites for years??? Surely UB and AP haven't been lying to us again about all the scandals have they? I mean really, since they've cleaned up their sites, as they've been swearing for ages through all their reps, why would they still have Scott Tom in a position to be indicted in the FBI round up yesterday?
    Anybody know anything about this?

    ever hear of statute of limitations? if he was involved in all this stuff a couple years ago, he's still guilty of it.

    pretty clearly if he's indicted yesterday, he's still fully involved at UB/AP......and they and their reps have been saying for years that all the scum that stole the money is gone from the site........

    the indictment specifically says "at certain times relevant to this indictment" when talking about scott tom. for the founders of full tilt and pokerstars, it says "at all times relevant to this indictment."
