  1. Ok, so long story short, I have a check pending on Lock Casino since September 1st. It sucks having to wait 2 months for a check obv, but that is not really what this thread is about.
    For some reason, when I click lock casino, I no longer have an option to click "withdrawal" (There usually is a prompt box that you can click either "withdrawal or "deposit") There is only a "deposit" button to click. Therefore, I am unable to even check the status of my check that has been in transit for over 2 months. Seems kind of absurd to have to wait so long, and now not even be able to see what the status of my check is. I mean... what's next, customer service emailing me and telling me that I never requested a check in the first place? I'd like to not sound like im making a paranoid rant, but I feel like I've been patient with customer support and enough is enough.

  2. I noticed that the withdraw feature was gone recently. I was considering depositing on there instead of rpm, i really dont see anyone on merge with alternative cashier options anymore. I might just give that place a rest for a while. Hell, what good is it gonna be if i manage to bink the 100k and have to take my 20k out $2500 at a time while waiting 2 months for each check.....at that rate i might have my money out by mid 2013?
  3. Merge may want you to verify your account. They made me send ID + utility bill. Not sure if it applies to you, but a thought.
  4. It's threads and reports like this that keep me from getting serious with the Merge network. After BF I pretty already knew I would be waiting until there's legislation and proper regulation before I would ever play any serious online poker again. I hope you get your issues straightened out Manch and pls keep us updated.

This happened to me also, I reloaded the client and when i clicked the casino it prompted me for login info instead of just going straight to it and when you get in it's a completely different looking casino... with a cashier button or w/e where you can see your pending deposit.. basically need to load the casino outside of poker client or w/e

    I agree with you man, really being treated like shit. I posted this below on 2p2 last night and still haven't got anything back. I'm switching skins asap. So much crap like this and support is awful without not responding back and just so much shadybullshit the past 2 months for me.

    I've held back on the flaming on Lock, because I know Rizen is doing all he can for us, but I'm beyond incredibly frustrated after the many things I've put up with and this that happened two days ago. I emailed support asking about my cashouts and was able to get my poker side check expedited.

    In order to get my poker side check expedited they canceled my casino side check that was for 3k($500) more and was pending for over a month. They never said anything about canceling the casino side in order to expedite my pokerside( and I don't see why the hell they would have to cancel it.) I never sent them an email approving this either. My poker side was already pending for 3 weeks and my casino side longer. So now MAYBE I'll receive my poker side check a week ahead of time and I have to wait another month extra for my casino side check since I just now rerequested it. Also I have a lot more in my account waiting to be cashed out due to"backlog" and waiting 4-8 weeks for each check.

    Support cancelled my casino side check and basically told me to transfer from the casino side to the poker side and cashout Meanwhile I already had a pokerside pending for 3 weeks that I've emailed a few times about, my casino side check was pending for a month, and I have over 15k waiting to be cashed out. So it looks like I'll have to wait at least a month extra to receive the 3k check on the casino side and a % of my money and due to this.

    Rizen, if you could help me on this I'd really appreciate it. I'm truely disgusted. I don't see why on earth they cancelled my casino side check. Waiting 2 months for it is sick enough, but when support does something like this. I don't know what to make of it. Below are just two of the emails I received too....

    Since you are a Poker player and due to an increase in volume in the Casino Cashier, a payout in Poker will be done much faster. We can submit an expedited request for you. Please let us know if this will work for you and will have our Cashier Manager complete this ASAP.

  7. i had a request that originally dated back to 8/22. I also experienced the same issue oyu had although I could always access the casino through the website so always knew my status that way. a week or so so ago i emailed them and ended up getting western union the full amount (i didn't need to pay the $25 fee). try email support and you might have the same luck.

  10. There have been lots of these posts in the last 2 months and it made me decide I'm not touching the Merge network with long stick.

    I just don't get the feel that my cash would be reliably stored or returned. They're going to have to do better if they want to survive I think. Until then, I'm not going anywhere near that network, and I bet I'm not nearly alone in that.

    I'm with you on that, this site has SO MUCH potential, I know they can do better with cashouts. There are other sites that do better.....Hell they shut out new american accounts for a couple months to fix this stuff and still its the same ol stuff.
  12. As an accountant, it is unbelievable that it takes this long to cash out, ie cut a check!

    The biggest obstacles are probably:

    1. Do we have the money to cut the check

    2. Are we "willing" to cut the check

    From what we have all seen since BF, it is probably 1 and 2, especially 2!

    Just saying.

    Yes, the Withdrawal button has been removed due to Merchant limits. For future withdrawals, please request in Poker where payouts are being done much faster.
