I recieved this email today about a 'quick deposit' that is from 5 months ago.... It came in my e-mail this morning.... Frankly I am a little pissed off! I have done several transactions since that time, but yet now one pops up from nearly a half a year ago? Seems a bit rediuclous... I have balanced and rebalanced my checkbook, but FT claims to be backed up this many months on a $222 deposit? WTF... This might be the straw that breaks the camels back.

One deposit that hasnt gone through appparently 5 months old, yet I have had many transactions since... Just another point how FT is not on top of priorites. Realy, maybe a month... but this long seems ludicrous

Out of my last 2 withdrawls... one took like a month, finally recieved and cashed it... then FT told me it was a bad check... and cancelled the chcek, and reapplied my check into my FT cashier balance

I didnt think I owed them money, my gripe is the fact that I have been playing for months, with them actively depositing from my bank back and fourth.... Everything goes through each week, except for this one from 3rd party that is ancient.... I have more than 222 on my account now, and in my bank... just really every week it is something new that is turning me off to FTP

I know, so frustrating... had a check a couple months ago I recieved FTP for a withdrawal... shows up well over a month later.... OK, kinda sux but no big deal.... I deposit, it goes through my bank... then a couple days ago saying there 3rd party check cashing failed, so my check failed.... Would be cancelled and reapplied to my FTP account.
They did that, but set me back ANOTHER 3 weeks getting that withdrawal to finally reach me correctly -
ugh that sucks. one less buyin for you at 1/2 live.

And now deposit from 5 months ago, No other respectable business would ever do transactions in this manner.
All the disconnect issues, plus the deposit and withdrawal issues I am ready to say good buy to FT indefinately. -

I am not pissed about owing $200 I am sick of the same shit different day from FTP... It is the point that if any other mainstream company was acting in this nature they would be out of business in the first year.
This is not right, but because they have the addiction factor that many poker players play for, we cant stay away from their gimmicky games.... They should make deposits and withdrawals a top priority (and server issues).

I make deposits from 50-250 semi-frequently.... They always go through in 3-5 days....
I get an email today (above) saying they have a past transaction from November that they had trouble with cause of their 3rd party bank option for "quick deposit"
Apparently the $222 was applied to my account a few months back but is just coming up for payment in the next 1-3 days as stated above. Kind of annoying I cant even balance my bank account cause FTP is lagging with everything
They were so backed up I actually lost track of which checks came, and which deposits came out... and like I said above I have even recieved (and cashed) a FT check, and then receive an email saying that 3rd party check cashing was flawed... cost me money at my bank for a bad check and everything, all because they dont have there incoming/outgoing transactions straightened out. Still waiting on a check from over a month ago currently. -
Curious if other people had recieved this... it isnt my banking issues, it is full tilts banking issues. I want to point out their 3rd party companies are ass-backwards.

Well full tilt chooses these 3rd party check services... there are hundreds of threads of FT taking months for funds to go through. They should have some reliability in the length of time for transactions to go through.
At this point it is a well-known fact that FT has some terrible 'faults'... customer service, transactions the list goes on. They are so busy creating gimmicky variations of rake heavy Poker, they are not taking care of what is most important; keeping players happy with reasonable expectations -
Balancing check book is null. I just want them to get with the program. Money is everyone's top priority, so FT should make of a staple that all the cashier options work in a timely manner.

I got this email as well and thought it was BS but I went over my bank statement and found FTP didn't charge me and I had a $100 diff in my account. So for once they're probably right...I agree with OP though it is ridiculous the length of time FTP takes to process a check and like many others I am sick of FTP.

This clearly a blip for Full Tilt. You think they didn't want to get their money?
