  1. Was playing 2/4 nl full ring on stars the other day. I was doing decent and up to around $590. I notice an extremly bad player is taking down a few pots so I'm thinking more power to him. I pick up 55 in sb. Folds around to badplayer who makes it 12. He has about $530 so I decide to set mine even though I'm OOP. Everyone folds to me, I call, bb folds. Flop comes 5 4 2. I check, bad player bets 25 and I raise him to 75 and he calls quickly. I read him for an overpair and that he'll have a lot of trouble letting go of it. Turn comes a 4 giving me a boat, and I decide this guy is bad enough I can check raise him again. I check and he bets 100, I make it 250 and he goes allin. Snap call. River comes 10 and he flips over 1010. Guess he isn't as bad as I thought. Bye 1k pot.
  2. Good thing you slow played it letting him catch up to you.
  3. thats the problem with trapping people...... when u know they have an overpair they have same chance to set as you do with a smaller pair.
  4. For the two people who replied, i really hope for your own good, you don't play for real money
  5. What do you expect from a nascar fan?

next time you want to make a sarcastic comment about someones play, you should probably read the post correctly first. Its one thing to slowroll, letting the guy catch up, AND THEN getting your money in. Its quite another to get your money in on the turn and the guy hitting his 2 outer on the river. Thanks for the headache.
