  1. Not a complaining post... Just curious what your thought process was here? I'm pretty much pot comitted here and going to call an all in. I love the situation, result coulda been better though.

  2. What was your first clue?
  3. pwnd
  4. Hmm...this hand seems pretty standard to me.
  5. They wuz sooted.
  6. if you want to be as good as Below, just play more!
  7. calling off almost 2/3 of your stack with 99 after your own 5x reraise was pushed on is sooo two years ago.
  8. This is another classic case of I say a donk like myself made this move I would be laughed at and hissed and called a lucksack etc for catching the runner runner to win the pot. But the ranked player makes the same move and we have to figure out what his thought process was. Its pretty f'n simple in my opinion. He raises UTG which would usually signify a strong hand. And after you rebumped he shoved hoping you might lay down the 99's thinking he had a monster cause he raised UTG. Oh and it was SOOOTTTTTTTTTTED
  9. You are not pot committed there and can easily fold AK or air, both of which are realistic holdings for you there.

  10. he was tilting.

    who cares
    1
  11. ab, is that just somethin he assumes? a high % of players won't let go of a hand after putting half their stack in at the 10$ level. so making this move with 3 2 is pretty silly. even if there's a chance he would fold, is 3 2 the best hand to try to put a move on someone with?

  12. get real. you know online people are not folding that. This was most likely a I got pussy coming to my house so I have to bust play.
  13. chinese poker mantis??????
  14. gamble i doubt hes folding AK there
  15. Thanks for adding to the debate with such informative, well thought out responses folks.

  16. Easily fold AK. Haha.
  17. $10+$1 Hold'em No Limit -
  18. gambleAB, your folding AK right there? with those odds. In which this is a 11$ tourney. Belowabove, range is big enough where AK is an autocall i think.

  19. GambleAB consider your respons i dont think his respons was so bad i mean nowone fold after put in 15K there at that spot..

  20. If 99 pushes all in instead of the smaller reraise, then what does he do? I mean yeah its obvious he wasn't really into that tourney or whatever, but ok he makes a play that is not normal and sucks out. happens all the time, the only difference is is when a good player or highly ranked player does it a bunch of people post about it on forums and call them out. If JoeBloW7861 would have made this move, and then lost you would have happily took the chips and never mentioned it
  21. The fact of the matter is, BelowAbove outplayed 99 that hand. Generally speaking an utg raise should always be respected, especially from an strong solid player. Mets22 should consider folding AK, as well as JJ and lower to the ott bet.

I wonder why BA would think an all in reraise would win the pot. What type of image did Mets22 have at the time? or is it as simple as BA being on tilt? No one can assume that BA would have < 98x in that spot.

What percent of the time does BA have 99 dominated? or in a flip? or a pp < 99? or vs two unders? I don't think you can assume that BA would ever have < 9-8o in that spot (yet it appear).

Risking 61% of your chips vs all possible matchups is a risky proposition. A fold is worth consideration, pot odds are not nearly as important as maintaing your chip lead on the table.

  22. lol
    below didnt outplay anyone.
